What made this experience very rewarding was Holly Burton, Operations Specialist and a team of people working with her, that provided expert guidance in the re-registration of a parcel of shares and the subsequent sale of said shares in August of this year. I'm afraid I would not use this agency again. I had to call them several times to find out when my shares were traded and timing to receive my funds. I was given conflicting information and funds finally arrived a week after being traded.
