Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and answered my questions and kept me updated on the entire process. Would not hesitate to recommend in the future. Minerva and Melanie were great.

Overall it has been a great experience working with the company and their process. My Loan Officer Billy Feigen receives a 5 star plus from me as he was always available, communicative and professional in guiding me. I understand the automation process the company works within, but the personal.connection Billy gave was what kept me positive during the challenges that my particular situation had. I hope the company encourages all their workers to stay connected to their clients, and not focus on the limitations of the automated pieces that may lack a flexible option. As of right now, at the end of the process, closing coordinator, Eric Bitanga has done a great job, another 5 star, keeping me informed as to the final portion of signing the paperwork and getting to closing. The mobile notary Heather, did a great job facilitating and expediting the return of the docs. As of today we are ending the 3 day required wait period and the loan will be finished with funding coming on Monday. The reverse mortgage product is offering me the chance to move forward after a difficult couple of years. Thanks to all who helped me in this process. God Bless You all.

We had a great experience with our One Review Mortgage from beginning to end. Austin Youst was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in detail & answered all questions. He was great about staying in touch with us and very good about return calls. We always felt that he had our best interest in mind with suggestions & information. Would give him an A+ rating.

These people were great!!! They helped me every step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a reverse mortgage.

Melissa and Abby were wonderful. The stars given are theirs.
However someone in your underwriting department just did not want to do this loan for reasons that I suspect but can't prove. Forgetting to cross a T or dot an I caused endless delays. An account opened for tires with a balance of $250 brought everything to a halt. We have outstanding credit, high balances that are paid in full every month, no debt to speak of. Everything was exactly right yet someone kept finding another reason to delay it. The loan finally closed three MONTHS after starting the process. By the way, any document asked for was scanned and sent the same day it was requested. I understand the second appraisal slowed things down a little but there was still something else going on here. Would I recommend One Reverse? Unfortunately I would have a hard time doing that. I am just glad it's over.

For a reverse mortgage, the process seems to have gone pretty well. While a reverse mortgage isn't for everyone, it works well for me.

Had I not had Austin as my representative I probably would not
have been comfortable enough to go this route.

I most definitely will recommend this company. My application had a few bumps to fix for FHA. The folks at one reverse work together to get what works the best for you to complete your loan. Excellent Company.
