I have been talking with Chris Arthur & Roger Casinio & both have been excellent in answering all my questions in a way I could understand & know exactly what I am doing. I have been very pleased with the way my Reverse Mortgage is moving along. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would ! Everyone is very personable & knowledgeable, & explain things very well.

We'd like to especially thank Glen Castleberry for an excellent job in handling our reverse mortgage contract. His versatility with working out all the pieces to fit together made it a seamless deal. His honesty and perseverance made us believe he was the one we were fortunate to work with. With a calm and knowing demeanor, Glen kept it all together. We appreciate and are very thankful for Glen and his team making us comfortable when we had questions that were always answered at any time. He instilled a trust and sense of security in our minds that was needed in the transition from a conventional mortgage to a reverse mortgage that became a plan for life.

Too many people involved. Every time we called there was a different person makes you unsure of if they knew about you loan application etc.

This was quite possibly the worst experience of my life. It started off very nice and gave me lots of hope and ended in a nightmare. I had to pay some back taxes. The company got it in their head I had liens against my property which I didn't and would not get off that idea. No one would listen when trying to explain. I finally got my loan after almost 4 months of back and forth with the company and the IRS which was another nightmare. This adventure ended up costing me more money due to IRS interest. So be careful how you explain things to the company.

If you get Abby gionada everything will go smooth!

One reverse mortgage is absolutely great to work with. I've been dealing with Melissa now for 2 months and she is divine. Easy to work with company and staff I have loved each and every one of them. I certainly recommend this company to anyone.

Chris Zejek has been a real pleasure to work with. Very professional in a great sense. Kept us updated all the time. His assistant, Abby, has been really great also. I will recommend Chris and the company to other people that are looking to refinance with a reverse mortgage.

Working with One Reverse Mortgage made the process of obtaining a loan as painless as possible. Chris &/or Abby were always ready to offer assistance.

Our Sales Rep (Jonathan...very professional... his assistant (Melanie) seemed to have too much going on with the business or her life... after Jonathan turned the follow up process over to Melanie, the process dramatically slowed down... we were required to provide much of the same information over again on serveral issues. At times we were wondering if they were purposely slowing the process and were thinking that maybe from Rocket Mortgage perspective we just didn't qualify or their were other issues going on that we were not privy too..in the end we did qualify and the process was completed. Delays were partially our fault as we were dealing with a wedding and were traveling... As far as rating the service we have no other company to compare to as this is our first and last experience with a reverse mortgage process.

I started out with one person and was switched to another and then another and then once again another. I had three contact numbers and it was difficult at times to reach any of them and the time it took to close was absolutely ridiculous. I feel closing cost are way too high and some of the charges are way too high, but at this point we have gone too far and long to back out now. My original person, makya morris was great and Terry Cooper was great too but there is a lot left to be desired with this company. But good news is we finally closed after 3 months...after being told 45 days...just hope our funds will be deposited when said. In closing if this company could speed up the process it would be so much better.

Application was smooth and timely with all actions explained thoroughly.

All the persons I spoken with at One Reverse Mortgage were kind, courtesy, and answered all my questions.

It took me over 5 months to get the kpapers for closing, then I called another company and they gaave it to me in one hour.

Then I called for
greg Smith and he never returned my call!!!!

Give me a reason why I should not go with the other company! If Greg doesnt call I am goingto ask Gilbert or Farmer what the hell is going on !!!!!

One Reverse Mortgage made the whole process extremely easy. They kept in close contact through the entire process and kept us up to date with every step. I would definitely recommend One Reverse Mortgage.
