Great job! Appraiser did a much better job that when we tried this about a year ago. Jonathan was great. Very pleased with One Reverse Mortgage.

I had a lot of contact with Billy Feigen and he helped me so much and answered all of my questions in a timely manner, Always gracious and so knowledgeable. As I am concerned, he is a star and I can't say enough about him.
The whole team kept me informed through the whole process.

Jonathan Ruiz was great. So very helpful. Gave us all the information needed. Wonderful service. Bless him.

Glen Castleberry was an excellent resource and point of contact thru out the entire process.I counted on him for trouble shooting over the past few weeks.

Terry Cooper provided good communication regarding house inspection and follow ups.
Nick was very patient and supportive answering my questions and following thru on any concerns.He was very genuine and gave me encouragement when some parts of the process proved stressful.
Overall think area for improvement would be timing of getting to closing date.
There were several avoidable delays.

Very hard to get along with . They want every thing there way or the highway.

Glen Castleberry helped us through the reverse mortgage process, explaining each paper that needed signing. Glen never lost his patience, even when he had to give detailed explanations of some things that we couldn't understand during his first explanation of some part of the mortgage.

ORM is quick and easy to deal with. Richard really knows his stuff and helped us through the entire process.

Would have been lost without our loan rep,, Glen Castleberry. He was there for every question and kept the. Loan moving through the federal requirements. Will remember him with warm thoughts always.

Grant Seckman was kind, helpful, polite, and very professional from the first day I spoke with him. This continued through the many conversations we had.
He was always very prompt in getting back to me if we did miss a connection.
He explained every step in the process to me in a manner I could understand and didn’t mind when I asked that he explain something again.
He always let me know exactly what I needed to do and what and when to expect paperwork from his company.
Later on in the process when he told me others would contact me, they were almost as easy to work with as Grant was.
From the first day when I just asked Grant for basic information until the day I closed on my reverse mortgage was less than six-weeks.
All went smoothly and I’m happy that I chose to work with One Reverse Mortgage.

The gentlemen and one lady that I talked to were for the most part very easy to work with and very knowledgeable . They made sure that I understood each step as we went along. In my opinion though there are too many individuals in the process and it gets confusing knowing who does what. In the end it all worked out just great. Two individuals stood out to me Matt and Nick were so easy to talk to. They are truly men who work for their customer and made me feel at home with your company. Thank you to all who made this possible for me. I am very satisfied.

Very professional people. I would recommend this company to anyone. Most other companies I called never followed up after repeated calls.

It was a long haul but every one was very helpful.
