Rich Martin and support staff Melanie Paulson were both fabulous. We always had a prompt reply to our questions. The process went along smoothly and ahead of schedule. We highly recommend Rich as a mortgage banker.

From my first contact with Glen he was wonderful. His patience is beyond measure. I also received the same excellent service from Melanie. They made a difficult and stressful situation so much easier always answering my numerous questions and many times having to repeat the answers. They make a great team. My experience getting approved today for a reverse mortgage with OneReverse was superb. This was the first time when applying for a loan which, requires pulling together a lot of information and data, that I did not feel worn out during the process. Mr. Chris Zajec and Mrs. Abby Giordano did all the hard work in record time so all I had to do is show up at closing and sign paperwork. I am thrilled to have been approved by the best reverse mortgage company in the industry. OneReverse has excellent professionals helping customers improve their everyday life financially. I feel fantastic plus I am going to tell all my friends who to call for a reverse mortgage.

Waiting on closer to contact me to set appt. waiting on closer appraisal he said was sending hard copy last week still nothing. Waiting on if interest rate lowered but no call. I reacted immediately when they requested items. I hate waiting when some one tells me they will do something and they don’t follow thru right away like I am not important.

However Christopher has been great doing all the beginning work for the two closers thier the weak link that makes me not happy to give a five star report

My experience has been great with One Reverse mortgage. My loan officer Melissa Hossein has been responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable and always made me feel like she was working in my best interest (something hard to do when one's commission is riding on your closing). My only problem with this experience is in the closing because the HUD1 is not reflective of the actual good faith estimate of the Reverse Mortgage verbage and documents. That is not One Reverse's fault but this needs to change so that what you are signing is the same as what you agreed to in the close with same language.

Most of the time I spoke with my Banker, billy feigen. He took the time to make sure I understood aspects of reverse mortgages which I did not get at first. His keen listening and clear communication caused me to choose orm over another company. His kindness and prompt responses to my needs àre much appreaciated. Also his team mate, Eric worked together with Billy flawlessly to resolve my case in a prompt and efficient manner. I recommend working with them highly.
