The item came quickly and was cheaper than Boots own brand.

I ordered eye drops, and a few days later, I received the wrong product and a month and a half past its expiration date. When I complained, I was told it wasn't their product. They suggested I was trying to scam them out of £10.99. I didn't receive the correct product or a refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Terrible customer service ordered a particular anti-dandruff shampoo x3 at the start of September - they took money then a month later I emailed and they replied saying order on its way, items were out of stock (but it only showed 1 bottle) it never arrived! Wrote again this week (another month) and exactly the same response as a month ago. Terrible customer service and I have asked for a refund, but no one offering that. Just an automated response. Huge waste of time and money! Do not use!

Two items were missing from my order and when I queried whether they would be following on or I would receive a credit note they said they would look into it. I then received an email saying that they had done so and couldn't find any problems with my order from which I presume they thought that I was lying! I am still two items short and very cross. I would award 0 stars if I could.

This company had a offer on cold and flu 3 for 2. I ordered Difflam as I suffer with sinusitis I ordered 2 more products to help with that as and when there needed. Next day had a email to say was only allowed 2 of the products, reminded them false advertising 3 for 2 on cold and flu. Today another email to say the items I ordered isn't suited to my issues, they cancelled the order. This is only as I picked them up about false advertising, which that's exactly what it is. God help anyone who relays on this pharmacy for U, I wouldn't trust them with a packet tissues let alone medication. Read the email ordered from elsewhere where. Also keeping a eye they don't take payment. Shameful treatment of patients you can have the order then part then cancelled it. Truth hurts doesn't it pharmacy for U. Not for me not ever.

Worst experience I have ever had. I have ordered formula milk for my baby and they sent me the wrong formula milk. Also they even managed to send me less bottles that I have ordered. Customer service is horrible. They don’t answer the phone calls and not responding to the emails. Strongly avoid ordering from any!!!!!!!!!

Got exactly what I ordered and quick service thank you I'll buy again.

I received my order in 24 hours from ordering. It arrived well packaged. Ordering was very easy. The price was reasonable. My local pharmacy was unable to supply my presciption. So I would have had to contact other pharmacies and then ,if I was able to find a supply would then need to pick up the medication. I do not have transportation and am not very mobile.

Since moving from Lloyds the experience has been awful. Janky app, errors, issues ordering and the consistent upselling of products. I just want to be able to quickly order my medicine. Lloyds had that, this app makes it incredible hard.

Would avoid if you’re thinking of using the service and do your research into alternatives.

Trying to contact them is impossible to get the right order.
Tried again to order the 0.5 and it's automatically giving me 2.45 pen. 🤷

I have had two terrible experiences with Pharmacy4U and want to warn others before they lose their money as I did. I ordered a specific product, but they sent me something completely different. When I contacted customer service, they were rude and dismissive. They told me it was my fault for not reading properly and refused to help resolve the issue. I'm not 100% sure how my reading ability could have contributed to the fact that these people sent me the wrong product, but this was a part of the conversation I had with this guy on the phone.

I tried emailing them multiple times to get a refund or even an explanation, but they did not reply at any point. It’s clear they advertise products they don’t actually have in stock and substitute them with something else.

This company is unreliable and untrustworthy, and the customer service department is run by a bunch of disgusting cretins. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Pharmacy4U. They are selling after-market products, and once they have received your money, and once you accept delivery, that's the last you will hear from them. They will have no further interaction with you with regard to what you have paid for and what they have sent you. They are a bunch of thieves. There are many reputable online pharmacies out there; this one is not worth the risk.

Absolutely appaling customer service.
Items broken on delivery, photographic evidence sent and they just refused to refund money because the parcel was delivered and signed for. Obviously you don't know the contents are broken until after the delivery guy has left.
They have no empathy or consideration for customers.
Avoid at all costs.

Having used this company twice, I have found the service to be reliable and efficient. The reason I chose them over others is that they use Royal Mail for delivery which is my preferred option.

Placed an order in September. Received a confirmation email followed by notification that the items had been dispatched the same day. Money taken the next day. After 5 days of not receiving the order I emailed and was told the items were not in stock and they were trying to obtain them despite receiving a dispatch email. They ignored my email asking why I had been told it was dispatched. I gave them a further few days and as I heard nothing emailed and phoned asking to cancel order and receive a reimbursement. No point ringing - the person acts like a receptionist and says she will pass the message to customer service. They won’t let you speak to them. Finally got email confirmation that they would pass it through to the cancellation team and I would be notified when the refund had been issued. That was almost a week ago and they have held my money for nearly a month now, so I have now raised a dispute through the bank as it is clear I am not going to get my money back. Avoid using this company- there is something not right about them and I suspect some sort of scam is going on given the number of negative reviews on here.
