Placed an order in September. Received a confirmation email followed by notification that the items had been dispatched the same day. Money taken the next day. After 5 days of not receiving the order I emailed and was told the items were not in stock and they were trying to obtain them despite receiving a dispatch email. They ignored my email asking why I had been told it was dispatched. I gave them a further few days and as I heard nothing emailed and phoned asking to cancel order and receive a reimbursement. No point ringing - the person acts like a receptionist and says she will pass the message to customer service. They won’t let you speak to them. Finally got email confirmation that they would pass it through to the cancellation team and I would be notified when the refund had been issued. That was almost a week ago and they have held my money for nearly a month now, so I have now raised a dispute through the bank as it is clear I am not going to get my money back. Avoid using this company- there is something not right about them and I suspect some sort of scam is going on given the number of negative reviews on here.

Found the product I was searching for at a competitive price. The postage was reasonable and the delivery date was quick. The goods were genuine, in good condition and in date. A trustworthy retailer.

I ordered some Ketone test strips for my diabetic monitor, and they sent the the glucose ones instead. Useless. I will never use them again, or reccomend them to anyone.

Used Online Pharmacy before to order eye drops before and pleased with my delivery again this time,good value and quick delivery.

AVOID!! Requested for proof of prescription, went to my GP and they said they wilp forward it directly to them but a week later, kept receiving generic email about the order being cancelled due to evidence required not received!

Three weeks in and still no delivery and no refund. Was told they will refund on 20th September and it is now 3rd October.

Partly my fault as I should have read the reviews first!

Overall I like this service. They are speedy, but my GP is not. I understand this. Not sure what is up with these guys sometimes though so i took a star off. First order took a while, but ended up with me eventually (hold up at GP ect to be expected.) I was happy with this result, but:

But sometimes things get confusing, for example, they say they sent out a delivery after it was accepted by GP and then the next day tell me that I need to contact the GP because they have no response from them. I check the orders and im being sent the correct items, but a duplicate order is sitting there waiting for approval. Then their email is a no reply email with vague information and I need to jump through hoops to contact them. Idiocracy - not consumer friendly at all... I hope that things remain smooth, seems from these reviews contacting them is when things seems to go wrong.

Very prompt service. Extremely well packed. Glass jars all intact, it is always a bit of concern with breakages during transport but I'm 100% confident for future orders with the care taken by the packer. Thank you.

It's always risky buying medical items online, but so far, for the items I've bought throught them, I've found online-pharmacy4u.co.uk appears to provide what it offers - rather than mere lookalikes or generics.

Also quick and efficient service.

If at any point I find reason to doubt, I will reduce the 5-star rating, but hopefully not.

Four stars purely because website isn’t that easy to use. But everything else great. Needed some medication to manage pain and they shipped it out that day and arrived next day (paid for 24 hr shipping). After buying, looked up their reviews and was worried I’d been scammed but absolutely not. They were brilliant and don’t deserve an overall 2.6 star review

As already mentioned I didn’t enter the “incorrect address” your system said “re-shipped to re-delivery address” I did and it went to the billing address. So nice try, still waiting on confirmation it’s been reshipped

Can’t get through to anyone at customer service. Even when you do they are not helpful.

They gave me incorrect information that had my order going to the wrong address, within 30 seconds I called customer service to correct before it was sent. 4 phones and 4 emails later no reply and was sent to the wrong address. USELESS

This company tricked me into sending a product back promising a refund then turned around and said they was not giving me my money back.

Called the phone lines several times. Goes to voicemail. When someone finally answers they said they can’t do anything.

This is a scam. Do not purchase from this site whatsoever. Currently in the process of recovering funds through bank & action fraud
