After thoroughly reviewing your case, we can confirm that the item you returned to us was not the item we dispatched, nor was it a product from our stock. Additionally, the item received was opened, used, and not in a resellable condition.

We must respectfully clarify that all our products are dispatched in sealed, brand-new condition, and we take great care in ensuring order accuracy. Upon return, our team documented the condition of the item, including photographic evidence, which clearly shows it had been used and was not the original product sent.
