This company are a delight to order…
This company are a delight to order from. The service is spot on - reliable and speedy. I have used them on a number of occasions for hay fever medication. The range of items is very good with quality products at very competitive prices. On one occasion I had an incorrect item - after a brief email the response was so quick!! The resolution was excellent and there was no quibble or questions asked - I sent a photo of the invoice and item. Easily resolved. Just what I want from any business. Just all round fab !!

Dreadful .items substituted for a product i cannot use .when contacted they said in my order statedmitems could be substituted i could not see this ion my original order .as they state they will not refund items in poor condition i could not return the items as they had been damaged in the post .this is the worst service i have hadform an online company ever . The item then sent is much cheaper than the one i had ordered

We’d like to clarify that the product listing clearly stated “brand may vary”, which is in line with our substitution policy. This is sometimes necessary to ensure prompt delivery and continuity of treatment when specific brands are unavailable such as alternate, high-quality brands to fulfil orders promptly.
Regarding the damaged item, our team did request photographic evidence, which we require to process a refund or replacement in accordance with our policy. Unfortunately, we did not receive the images needed to move forward with this.

I ordered a 500g pump action E-45…
I ordered a 500g pump action E-45 cream. What i got was a tiny tube of 50g.
I emailed them twice with order number and even a screen shot, they haven’t bothered to reply. After many attempts i finally spoke to someone on the phone who couldn’t of cared less, said he would pass it on to the team, he hasn’t and even accused me of ordering the wrong one, which i hadnt as i screenshot of order confirmation. This company are fraudulent, its a scam!!! Beware.

The 500g pump size is priced significantly higher, and our system only charges for what is selected by the customer during the ordering process.

I truly believe this company is not what it seems.
I wish I had of read previous reviews before I fell into the trap of ordering from them.
When they can’t fulfill orders they keep your payment!! I’ve now reported this company to the correct authorities.
I’ve also contacted my bank in regards to this company.
The same person answers the phone stating he is the pharmacist and can’t connect you to anyone else as no one around to take a call?
Please take notice of all previous reviews before you purchase of this company.
Please do not try to justify yourself with false information. My prescription was rejected … yes! But that’s how you work. Customers pay for items which if not suitable for the person you state a full refund will be given ? Like I’ve mentioned NO REFUND has been given!!

Why haven’t you answered emails ? Why do you state you give refunds in 24/48 hours which you clearly don’t!

I ordered some pills, my order was rejected and they said I will be refunded in next 24-48 hours. Obviously no refund.I'm lucky it's less than 20£ but if you think to order from them, don't do it. A legit company,as they claim to be,doesn't operate like that.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, I think this website is a scam. I placed an order with them a week ago; and yes it was DEFINITELY from online pharmacy4u, order ref: 277492 for some eye drops. I got an email saying I would be notified once my order was dispatched, but still no email. I phoned the customer service number and was told they couldn't help and that I had to email them. Two emails later and I have been completely ignored. The website is terrible, the first time it let me log on to see if my item had been dispatched (it has not) and now it is saying my email is not regognised. This website is a scam. ADVOID!!!

Terrible service! Orders have been ignored or not delivered. Orders supposedly “on track” have never arrived. Cannot reach anybody on line to explain why. I have left my email and my details which nobody has replied to.

Ignoring my emails regarding refund for rejected order
Order number 275032. Name on order is Karen Lynas. TrustPilot has automatically posted under Michael.
I carried out a consultation for a medication I had been prescribed before. The order was rejected and I was advised I would receive a refund within a couple of days. We are now at 3 weeks and I have not had one response to any of my five emails and the phone rings out then says they have no one to take the call. Absolute shambles. Stay clear.
UPDATE. Following your response via email first of all which was very apologetic and confirmed my refund would now be processed, this was only done this morning but your response below tries to state that this is my banks fault when you hadn't actually processed my refund until just after 9am this morning. Also the reason you have given for rejection is completely inaccurate as you had explained why at the time. You just didn't bother processing my refund until today. I will hopefully receive this soon.

Big scam! Order never received. Calls for refund being ignored.
I placed an order in January and received a shipment confirmation the next day. The delivery was supposed to be in 3-5 days. The order never arrived. I was travelling shortly after so it wasn’t until late February when I followed up with them. I was told that they had issues with stocking the items that I ordered and that they would ship as soon as it’s back in stock. Fast forward to June and I still haven’t received my order. I have sent them multiple follow up emails asking for a refund, which they are ignoring. Although it’s not a huge amount of money but I will report them to the relevant authorities as they are stealing from people and they should not be allowed to operate as a business!

I had an amazing experience with Online Pharmacy 4 u ! From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free. I submitted my prescription, and not only was it completed quickly, but it was also delivered straight to my door in an incredibly timely manner. I used to be with online pharmacy 2u however the wait time were over a week and no communication. Would highly recommend using online pharmacy 4 u not 2 u
