Choosing the right company
I needed to change my supplier for my medication, so I was able to collect it rather than having it shipped.
They were very thorough before I was accepted and although it took a few emails to clarify everything it only confirmed that this was not just a company eager for your business but they wanted to make sure it was the right thing for me.

Took my money, said they would issue medication then I just never heard back from them. I tried to contact them to find out what had happened but no one got back to me.

Good communication for the most part
I found communication very easy, and the doctors were quick to reply and helpful. My only criticism is that I received no text letting me know when my medication was ready for collection, and whilst it says to call the branch, I did on several occasions and noone answered...this resulted in me having to go to the location, and wait in line for ages.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with collecting your medication. As we are a separate service from the store, this review page is for the online experience only. The notification to let you know when your prescription is ready for collection is managed by the pharmacy, and they are responsible for sending a text message once it’s prepared. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive this, especially after trying to call and not getting through.
