Using the Land Registry web site was simple and easy
Using the Land Registry web site was easy and simple to use to obtain the information required using some drop down menu's. It was also quick.
When I had a query after using the web site I called the Land Registry where my inquiry was immediately resolved.

I believed I was dealing with the Land…
I believed I was dealing with the Land Registry. Your site is a misleading in the extreme and it cost me nearly 10 times what the official Land Registry would have charged. As a pensioner, I am gutted.

Overpriced rip off.
Overpriced and information received is well out of date. I class it as a rip off, the information can be obtained from the Government land registry site for £14.00. I only discoverd this when it was too late.

Absolute fraudsters
Absolute fraudsters, denied a property registration existed despite the fact they had, after two attempts provided the title deed and reference number. Ultimately I spent £160 on what could have cost me less than £30 by going direct to the government website. Avoid at all costs, these people are scammers trading as a legitimate business. Use the government website instead.
Further to the response below from the company, this does not reflect the 3 orders I placed with you, just one element. My review stands as a true reflection of my experience of dealing with you, which was that I was able to easily locate the documents that you said did not exist, using the same title reference that I supplied to you. Your post sales customer service was and remains awful.

Way to expensive for a very basic service that could be provided by any solicitor for half the price.
You could argue that the above title gives the impression this is Land Registry which it is not. It is a solicitors which charge, I would say, more than double what the service is worth. (Ref 1393899)
A 5 minute telephone call, standard downloadable LR documents sent by post, a 15 minute teams call and returned documents does not warrant a charge of £600.
When I contact Land Registry direct they thought this was a scam. Need I say more.
I could have done what was required myself as it was the same process as when I bought my land.
