Excellent customer service and support…
Excellent service and support from Orlagh as my pendants were out of stock in Ireland & came from UK warehouse. For this reason, there was a little delay but Orlagh did everything to get them to me faster once she knew I had a deadline, thank you Orlagh. They were worth it too, they are beautiful. I ordered 2 more as they work so well in our hallway 😍

Found the lights at a good price and…
Found the lights at a good price and purchased them, buying was easy online and despatched quickly, delivery was by Evri who kept delaying delivery and eventually took a photo on my door step of the item however I never got it. I live in a quiet village and my home is hidden away so can't be seen but some how parcel was either stolen or kept. Evri have been an issue in my village for years but I can't control how goods are sent by the seller.

Great customer service
I ordered online on a Friday afternoon but then rang them about 4.30 to make sure my items would arrive for the date my electrician was due. A very helpful, pleasant man on the phone checked my order and said he would ensure it got out. on Monday. My items arrived very well packaged on the Weds. Very pleased with the service. Thanks very much to the helpful person who answered my call.
