All items purchased have been delivered next day, usually before midday.

Order a part but due to a non delivery from Fermax I thought I would be in a mess. Tim arranged for a kit to be sent to me. It arrived very quickly. Very good service would recomend to anybody

Needed to return a keypad under warranty, it was a complicated story from my perspective but they sorted it out quickly and arranged a refund for me.

I needed to buy a video door entry system with monitors on each of the 5 floors of my house, so it was an expensive purchase. I was a bit wary of buying direct online rather than getting a local security firm to come in, but Tim and Phil were very helpful and guided me through the process, advising what products and systems would suit me best.

They then liaised with my electrician on his installation queries, and delivery was very fast and secure. In the end there was one part which I didn’t need and I was able to return that for a full refund, which they have now sent back to me. Really good all round.

Put in an order just before lock down. Ordered an out of stock product, Security Cameras, due to specific technical requirements. These guys kept me updated and recommended alternatives when it was clear the original supplier would not be able to deliver. Really good follow up by the sales and management team. Now have a perfect security camera system installed much better than I originally specified. Thank you.

Great service and fast delivery, have used OLSP for all my security products for the last 5 years and would highly recommend.

Needed to order cards for an unknown fob entry system. Was put through to there "expert" who took the details he said he needed to process order. Item sent was the wrong frequency and could not possibly work. I was then told this was my fault and no refund would be given. The cards supplied by this company were not official HID cards but the cheapest equivalent which can be purchased elsewhere very cheap. I paid this company no less then £250.00 and could not of been treated any worse with no refund.

Absolute shambles of an outfit.

I know they will counter this dispute with some generic response but the facts are simple. They got it wrong.

Between myself and 4 other linked buyers we have spent over 9k with this company in the last year but that will not be repeated.

Your "specialist" failed to ask one simple question which cost me £250 and cost your company any future business from me or any associated companies. Bottom line. I have been mistreated and have already actioned proceedings to recover lost money and valuable time. Do yourself a favour and take it on the chin.
