Do not use!!

Misleading quotation on the phone. Been told 50£ and was charged 230£! for 5 min sniffing at my home! no proper survey! no camera to check drains and “diagnosis” based on sniffing.
Have been told camera is too expensive!
After few min he asked me to pay without any document or proper receipt. I insisted on receiving it before payment. Engineer claimed he had issues with signal and kept asking me for payment. Been pressured to pay straightaway even before getting “invoice” which I declined. Paid, after “invoice” landed in my text. No vat or company number on.
I felt like he is pushing for payment before I get him checked or reported.

Very disappointed that companies like that exist. Wasted time and money!
Do not use!

very qualified for the annual boiler service. i had to have my boiler checked and they did everything within the price. it took around one hour and im very satisfied the technician was very polite and explained everything he was doing

£168 for a 5 minute visit

My boiler failed and wasn’t heating any water so I called these guys as they appeared first on Google. They told me that the call out fee was £69 + labour cost. Which was fine. The plumber arrived 2 hours late at 9.30pm instead of the 7.30pm time slot I was provided.

All the plumber did was remove the boiler cover, tell me my boiler fan was failing & charged me a £99 diagnostic fee alongside the £69 call out fee. So I paid £168 for no progress or results, I paid for something I could have gotten for free from a quote by many local contractors. I wouldn’t have mind paying that if the work was there. I will be replacing my boiler but I will not be doing it with this company.

They came to fix my boiler in 1 hour and the engineer was really friendly and explained me all the details. Their prices are reasonable for an emergency service.

Bad business

Bad business! Called this company to retain the services of a local plumber.

The plumber couldn't fix the issue but I was charged over £300 (my bad for paying before the attempted fix was pressurised).

I paid this company direct, but could not get them to refund the money due to not receiving the service.

I had to go through the Google guarantee. My complaint was upheld and Google gave me the full money back. A lot of messing for a simple refund. If you find yourself here because you've been stung by this company like most of the other reviewers, make sure you keep all correspondence, conversations and pictures of the dodgy work etc as Google ('local service guarantee' will require proof that the service you've had was not worthy before they refund you. Do claim as the more that do, will hopefully see this company removed and less people will get scammed (Until they pop up under a different name anyway).

Avoid like the plague!!!!

Addition : As a previous reviewer, Besttechnicians (or 247 or whatever they like to call themselves) has now flagged my review with a view to trying to remove it. Not happening chaps. I've got all the evidence I need for Google, Trustpilot or even court if you want to go there. If you care that much about the quality of your reviews (which I doubt you care) then try running a business correctly. Question for yourselves, why are we getting all these bad reviews?? Erm, weird, could it be us...

It's fair enough that a plumber and yourselves get a call out/set up fee. Can't argue with that (and was something I raised when I called you after the issue. Was more that happy to pay a call out). However, if the plumber decides to take on the job and ultimately finds he/she is unable to fix it, you should not be charging anything. If you're telling your plumbers they'll get paid for their hours regardless of fixing the issue, you're setting people up to get scammed. Think about that!

Total rip off,phone on Sunday as…

Total rip off,phone on Sunday as temperature was -5 and had no form of heating.
We're quoted £60 call out plus cost of fixing boiler. They actually stated it was not extra for a Sunday.
Engineer arrived and within about 30mins told us he couldn't fix ,told us we needed to buy new PCB board and get it fitted.
He phoned office with phone on loud speaker to tell them it couldn't be fixed and what to charge, the women on phone said £60 labour and TRY £180.
I then had to pay him £240 into his personal account with no receipt for not fixing boiler.
To make matters worse the diagnosis he gave us was totally wrong.
Called out local firm next day who fixed the problem in about 15 mins.
It was fan gone on boiler and not PCB board, I'm taking it further they can't be aloud to get away with this.How can you be charged for not fixing boiler and for giving totally wrong diagnosis of what was wrong which I have a receipt to prove work carried out next day by proper heating engineer.
We now have details of the engineer they sent round and have emailed him but as I expected no reply, he obviously didn't even inspect the boiler.

Exorbitant charges, no invoice, hidden costs and incorrect charges!
When I booked in with them they withheld vital information about charges. They outright lied and told me there were no admin fees.
Furthermore they don't provide an invoice which is unacceptable. Had to get a breakdown of costs from the plumber as the company just refuses to help when calling them.
Invoice is also incorrect as I got charged for Saturday out of hours service when my repairs took place on a Thursday afternoon!
Customer service is non existent, call agents just say they can't help you and are downright rude.

Do your research and AVOID

Plumbing issue with toilet caused a panic on a Sunday afternoon. No joy with local services so called these people for help. Got a call from a plumber who came out promptly. However that's where the positive ends. We were charged £350 for a non-fix and fobbed off with potential problems we'd need to fix. Following day local plumbers solved the issue within 10 minutes for 1/3 of the price. Spoiler alert, it was none of the made up issues the engineer had given us on Sunday.
Customer service sides with engineers so have had no luck in getting a partial refund of any sort. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
