Easy to navigate the course! Simple layout and great use of resources

The corse is designed to bring awareness on the topic chosen to study. . It was well put together.

A really interesting course (oncology counselling diploma). The 2 books I received were good and helped for most of the course. I struggled with some of part 2 and asked for guidance but was given the answers rather than explaining what was required. Also, the course said that most of the answers could be found in the book but some of the questions in part 2 were so specific they clearly related to a different book. I bought the other book and was able to finish the course.

I decided to study ACT through Open College U.K. and I was so pleased when I received my package! It was so easy to understand and the instructions were extremely clear. The reading materials were great and I’ve genuinely really loved doing this course.

i found the learning easy and a really good way to take in the information.

I found the Flexibility of the course very good as it allowed me to complete it in my own time, as my work pattern varies

The miscarriage books provided for the course work were very informative, however, I think that counselling book was a bit limited to obtain information required, maybe another book might be beneficial as it took a lot of time doing external the research which was ok as it was explained that it would be required.

Overall, I found the course very interesting and informative, and I would highly recommend the course to anyone who has dealings with women or couples/families experiencing a pregnancy loss

The resources were partly useful except the counselling book was not very helpful at answering the counselling questions the miscarriage book was very useful

Just completed a course with open college. And the process was fun! The information is easy to understand and has helpful tips for studying which makes the process simpler. I would definitely complete another course with open college. And highly recommend to them to someone wanting to get a new qualification done!

I have just completed a diploma in reflexology course which I have enjoyed studying, and am excited about starting to put this into my working practice as a nurse .

Coursework was sent out promptly with clear guidance and instructions on how to complete the course, contacts for support and a very thorough step by step plan on how to submit coursework.

Some of the questions could have been worded better as was slightly confusing

Course materials arrived quickly and instructions were clear. When I emailed my support contact with questions regarding aspects of the course work, he responded next day with helpful information and examples that fully answered my queries. I have just submitted my test papers and thesis so haven’t had experience of the final stages, however the process has so far been smooth and I would consider another course with Open College.

I actually signed up to the wrong course and when I spoke with support they were very accommodating to switch my course over for me
