I signed up for a self-guided Narrative Therapy diploma course in August 2022 and received a book, CD, and course guidelines in the post. Everything came on time, the exercises were clear, and the submission process was easy. I learned a lot.

I wasn't confused about anything and didn't have to ask them any questions, but that means I can't give an example of how they responded to queries and curveballs!

Personally, I'd have preferred some level of human engagement and more video content, just to humanise things, interact, and mix things up a bit. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I have just completed a Diploma with the Open College. They supported me well throughout the whole process. They sent me all the information I needed very promptly and provided me with text books, links and references to help with my research.
I was given a contact/support person. Each time I asked for support or information he responded immediately with everything I needed to know and made it easy for me to follow up with further issues if necessary.
The process of completing the diploma was straightforward and I enjoyed my course. It was not only very interesting but I felt able to go at my own pace and develop my own ideas, particularly when writing my thesis. This made the course more valuable for me because I felt I had the space and freedom to develop and learn without pressure.

The course package arrived quickly once the application was completed. All course materials were provided with clear instructions. My query via email was responded to within a few hours. Generally satisfied with the whole experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course Ive chosen. The course materials were great and helpful, the book was very in-depth. There are lots of courses to choose from, and you can study in your own time. I would recommend these courses and form of studying to anyone.

True to the course description, the provided material is designed to encourage your self learning skills and your desire to explore the topic beyond what you need to complete test papers and final thesis.
Instructions and expectations were clearly communicated, course material shipped immediately, and Luke from Customer Service responded promptly to all my requests and questions to my full satisfaction.

Excellent course. I have done the Tourette’s diploma. All materials supplied and quality relevant information to study, working at your own pace. I would highly recommend and would use them again to gain further skills/qualifications.

Great and affordable experience, studying from home is a great way to gain a qualification at times that suit you.

Open College were very quick, efficient and professional. The study pack was very helpful and even came with a hypnosis CD. I would recommend them.

Parapsychology Diploma Course.
A great little 6 month course for those interested in the paranormal. I've not studied at this level for a long time and found this course great as a starting point to return to studying. The course raised quite a few thought provoking questions that I had not previously considered, and tested my ideas on some of the subjects I thought I knew quite a bit about.

All in all, a great experience.

The course is very organised. All the information including course books were sent to me promptly. The course books chosen for the course were user friendly and allowed for a comprehensive view of counselling. I have already recommended this course in particular to two colleagues at work.

It was a very pleasant study material I did, just wished they had more choices of computer courses available to follow.

Have been very happy with the course. Clear instructions on what to do during the course and also how to submit your final coursework.
Course books contained everything you need to know to fully and accurately complete the course.
Price really reasonable in comparison to others where you get the same training for a lot more cost!

Throughout the course of these six months, the learning process has been interesting and the provision of learning resources made it very easy to navigate required information.It would be very helpful if more guidance in form of a learning guide and progress tracking notes are provided.

I enrolled in the reflexology course and found it to be easy to follow, in-depth and informative. All course materials were supplied, including a dvd and reflexology book. Luke was also fantastic and very responsive when replying to emails.

The course was in-depth and covered all aspects comprehensively. Materials - a folder, paper and 2 books for reference - were provided as well as very clear instructions on how to complete and submit work. The college also provides a named contact for any questions. Although I didn't make contact, it was good to know where to go if I needed any guidance. Having a 6 month period to complete the course (with option to extend at extra cost) worked as an incentive to get it done!

Good admin, in depth course and very quick response time

The Open Colllege has been supportive and understanding the entire time despite me having to have multiple extensions due to ill health.

it is easy to fit your learning around your work and home life commitments

My support workers put me on this course. I liked the flexibility in the answers, enjoyed the relaxed process and also had prompt replies from helpdesk when needed. I learned a ton whilst doing this course and a whole lot more!

A great PTSD course and Luke was great at getting back to me when I emailed him.
