The Tyres took 7 working days to arrive and a further 3 working days for the scheduled install. Allow yourself 2 weeks for your new tyres which is slightly longer than advertised. Otherwise all good!

Ordered 4 micheline tyres got 3 micheline and one nexen tyre in completely different size. Contacted customer support which keep asking ne for stupid photo of delivery label which got torn when i was trying to get pictures of tyres. This is second time similar thing happened to me… i cant understand how somebody could mistaken 16 inch tyre for 18 inch one and in complete diferent brand. Would not recomend would give 0 stars if i could

Good service, I am a returning customer and I was looking for a tyre size that is not very popular so couldn't find it in any tyre places. So I got them from these guys.
They do say delivery is in 2-3 days, but it took longer than that. 6,7 days. I know sometimes is not in their control but I would be great if they can estimate more accurately.

They are good until you need them
I recently purchased two budget segment tires from Oponeo. While I understand that lower-end brands may offer reduced durability compared to premium options, I believe that safety and stability should not be compromised. Since installing these tires, I have experienced significant instability in my vehicle, regardless of weather conditions, which has raised serious safety concerns.
When I inquired about this issue and the potential risk of accidents, I was informed that this instability is a characteristic of the tire. This response suggests that Oponeo does not prioritize customer safety. I suspect there may be a manufacturing defect, but without a professional assessment, my concerns were dismissed, and my case was closed. As a gesture of goodwill, I was offered a 10% discount on new tires, based on my original purchase value.
This kind of gesture could easily be mistaken for a joke, but it is a serious issue as it involves potential safety risks and the possibility of accidents. I am concerned that management may not be aware of this approach toward customers, as well as the perception that their tires do not prioritize safety, regardless of the market segment.

Wouldn't touch this company with a bargain pole, ordered 4 new tyres & only got 2.then they had the neck to blame dpd. I checked with courier myself & only 2 tires on dispatch form. Confronted company & got only excuses after excuses. .spend your money elsewhere!

It was overall a good experience…
It was overall a good experience starting from the selection on the website until the tires fitting.
The only issue I got is that I was delivered at home, I was sure I asked the delivery to be done to the fitting garage, maybe I did something wrong.
I’ll definitely come back and shop from here for my next tires.

Totally satisfied!
I have recently got my tyres from here. Initially I had trust issues as they offer almost half price from the garages here in Dublin. Another concern was production date of the tyres as I have read some of the reviews where people raised concerns about the production date. Finally I got my tyre within the time frame they mentioned on the website and it was manufactured in June 2025! Literally 3months ago. Im super satisfied with their products and services. I would recommend them and will buy from them in future for sure.

I received my tyres 8 days after the order was placed and all 4 Tyres where 3 years old , 2022 year on each Tyre , and one Tyre had previously fiting marks, and on the wheel with that Tyre I have 35 g extra weight compare to the others

All tyres we sell are brand new, unused and fully compliant with legal and safety standards. Marks that may sometimes appear on the bead or sidewall are the result of factory mounting tests, warehouse handling, or transport – they are not signs of prior use. Before dispatch, tyres undergo strict quality control, and we do not sell second-hand or retreaded products.
With regard to the DOT (production date): our Terms & Conditions clearly state that tyres can be up to 36 months old and are still considered new. This is an industry standard, supported by manufacturers’ guidelines, since properly stored tyres do not lose their safety or performance characteristics for several years. IThe tyres you received are from week 48 and 49 of 2022, therefore still well within this range.
As for the balancing weights: every wheel and tyre combination requires a different amount of balance correction. It is normal for one wheel to need more weight than another, and this does not indicate a fault in the tyre. Balancing depends on both the rim and the tyre, and variation between them is entirely expected.
We do acknowledge that delivery took longer than anticipated, and we sincerely apologise for the delay. While the delivery time given on our website is an estimate, we understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating.
In conclusion, your order was fulfilled correctly: you received brand new tyres, compliant with contractual, legal and safety requirements.
