Good value for money good quality what I wanted and delivery in time

Easy website to use full of guidelines on tyres

Brilliant price for 2025 tyres compared to local shops charging double.
Fast deliver, no drama.

I bought 4 tyres recently nominating one of the Openeo listed partners for delivery. Only 3 were delivered. Openeo were slow to respond to my request for help (2 days) promising investigation. 12 days later ( and a paypal claim) received a commitment to shipping a replacement tyre. So resolution at last but very frustrating. My advice is 1) pay by Credit card or Paypal (not debit) 2) better to have the tyres delivered to your home 3) do not accept a partial delivery without calling openeo claims department.

Great service tyres are exactly what you ordered and if your order does not arrive when stated they phone to find out why it has not been delivered as I found out it was a DPD issue
So they track your delivery aswell

I eventually got the refund for a non delivery after 6 weeks .

I ordered 4 tyres on Monday. They did not arrive until the following Friday and there was only 2 of them. The delivery driver said he would be back tomorrow with the other 2 tyres. An hour later another delivery driver arrived with the other 2 tyres. A bit of a nuisance really. But got what I ordered. I think it was the delivery company who were at fault and not Openeo.

Oponeo are a good company. Reliable and fulfilled their service as expected. Only downfall was the courier service. Dpd are normally good but there was 2 marks on one rim (scrapes) and a chip off the edge of the other rim. One of the boxes had a tear in it so it was definitely carelessness on the couriers part. So what it comes down to was the delivery only. DPD need to do better though. But Oponeo were decent enough to give me a small refund as I decided to keep the rims as is, so they at least looked after me. Although annoyed about what happened with my rims, these things can happen. Tires were perfect and rims would have been only for damage in transit. And they commited to their 5 to 6 days delivery. So all round 5 stars for Oponeo.

Good tyres. Took longer to arrive than I expected. Four tyres ordered together but arrived in two lots, four days apart.

Very easy website to navigate and ordering was very straightforward.
The delivery was on time

ordered a set of 4 tyres that were shown in stock paid up front to be told no longer avilable. all i was offfered was a way more expencive tyre or a refund which was going to take a number of days to refund. hopefully the payment method can apply the same speed to the refund process as the credit process. leaves the customer with no product and no money to go esle where.
