Pretty good overall. I've been a customer for many years, will certainly buy from them again.
Pretty good, only reason not 5 star is because even though I ordered first thing on a monday 0840hrs, delivery was the following monday, UPS don't seem to be as sharp as they were, consignment tracking being pointless, no detail logged between pickup time and delivery, used to be possible to track delivery progress daily. Tyres very freshly manufactured, important to me on a performance car. Price very competitive.

Avoid OPONEO!
Bought two premium tires
Michelin Pilot Sport 4 245/40 R20 99 Y RUN ON FLAT for: €484.88
Paid on 8th July and its 24th July I have no tires no refund.
- one tire lost in transit
- second tyre was never delivered, yet GLS fraudulently signed using my name
- Oponeo does nothing to sort this, shame on you
If you are looking for tires and if you can find Oponeo, you can find any other tire seller — but avoid those Polish guys who still have a post-soviet mindset when it comes to customer service.

We have already reported to GLS that you did not receive the tyre, and we have formally challenged the delivery status and the use of your signature. We fully agree that any misuse of your name and failure to attempt delivery are unacceptable.
The courier has been asked to provide clear proof of delivery, including any signature or photo evidence they claim to have.
Additionally, the first tyre, confirmed lost in transit, is already under investigation.
Please be informed that you are not being held responsible for the courier's failure. We will issue a full refund as soon as the courier confirms non-delivery.
If this is not resolved within a timeframe highlighted in our terms and conditions, we will escalate the matter further ourselves.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and assure you we are doing everything possible to bring this case to a swift resolution.

Warning - Supplied Old tyres instead of new
Warning! I ordered new tyres from Oponeo, but they sent me tyres which are already two years old - one third of the way through their recommended life. When I asked for them to be replaced with new tyres, they refuse point-blank to do anything, and when I tried to reject the tyres, they refuse to refund me, saying that they will take them back, but fine me 20% of the cost of the tyres for returning the old tyres. I will never buy from this company again.
Note the reply below. The NCT -National Car Test - recommends replacing tyres six years after date of manufacture, but Oponeo are happy to sell tyres two years and even three years after manufacture, so you could get tyres with only half of their lifespan left. Learn a lessson and buy from someone else

The production date of up to 2 years is standard and fully acceptable within the tyre industry, including by manufacturers themselves.
As your order was fulfilled correctly, the return falls under our standard return policy, which includes a restocking fee.
This was clearly communicated in advance, and we have done our best to assist you within the limits of our procedures.

Great selection for all budgets.
They stock a wide variety of tyres for all budgets. Quality and price were very competitive. My set of four Pirelli C3s were all manufactured within a week of each other (week 52/24 - 01/25), so I am very happy with that. Delivery by DPD was within their stated time frame (5 days).

Great price & service from purchase to fitting
Unusual tyre size available at a great price. The tyres were shipped directly to a reputable fitter within a week. Both tyres were manufactured only 2 months ago. The fitter, United Tyre Auto service, did a great job fitting the tyres, going so far as to torque the bolts! I've never seen a fitter do that before.
