I was so nervous on the day of surgery but the staff were amazing, they spoke to me at all times during surgery. The after care was amazing as I had a little bit of discomfort a few days later but this was sorted in no time. Amazing from start to finish and the after care was very comforting.

The whole process was smooth and informative. I'd recommend it to anyone who is even contemplating getting LASIK.

Surgery was successful and all interactions with optometrist however multiple issues with communication and issues with appointments etc

It was a very pleasant experience.

Procedure itself was great and so much aftercare which put me at ease. Only downside is I had to get a different lazer eye surgery than I was initially told during my consultation because they didn't spot my eyes were not suitable for the original one which led to a longer healing process

All was great, I was happy to have a free consultation. But I didn’t really like that before my appointment Optilase asked me to provide a card details in case I didn’t show up. Also I had a list of questions I wanted to discuss on my consultation, but I felt pressure, like we didn’t have time to discuss my questions. I believe it is not professional. I understand that your staff is dealing with all this every day but for me it is very important decision so I would be happy to know all my questions can be answered

Very informative consult

Very quick and efficient when there. Staff are nice and pleasant. Excellent value for money compared to competitors. Have recommended to friends. Had it done around Sept 24 and never had any problems.

All the points were explained to me and all answered fully

The clinic was immaculate and the staff were so friendly and kind. I felt so well looked after. The procedure was so fast and efficient. It has been life changing having perfect vision. I wish I had done it sooner

Staff were all very kind, I only had one issue which was a slight miscommunication the day of my consultation where I was informed the day of the lasik would only be a 15 minute process. However it was a 2-3 hour day between scans and consenting, aside from this I would highly recommend optilase

Optilase advertise a 15% reduction. When we attended for a consultation we were informed that this did not apply to my wifes treatment. They requested a 500 Euro deposit, which we paid unfortunately.

The people and staff were lovely, follow up appointments great. The only let down was the administrative side. i had several issues with appointment times and dates where appointment date was booked but confirmation that came through was a completely different date.
Also for first appointment I was told if booked surgery/procedure within 1 month that I would get €500 off. There was only one possible slot during that time that I could have booked.
Also, I was not told that I couldn’t travel for 2 weeks.

My treatment did not work, I was referred to attend a different treatment two weeks after, I rang the clinic to confirm this appointment a few days prior and was told that this was not possible & I was given the wrong information. At no point did anyone from Optilase ring me about a check up, I had to organise this myself. At no point have I had any response to my multiple efforts to contact this company to seek a refund. At every turn, I am fobbed off and told that my email has been forwarded to the relevant manager. No manager has contacted me to date. This process has been emotionally exhausting for me & I am beyond frustrated with the treatment I have received. I want a full refund, I have requested this multiple times & given empty promises. This was on the 24th of August and we are now in December, and no refund has been made

The optical team couldn't have been anymore helpful... Very informative and reviewed my options thoroughly. All questions completely made clear. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending to others.
