I havn’t needed to contact a surveyors for many years. Initial telephone call and I was met by a really friendly voice, very helpful, great advice and I was informed about what would happen next. Everything that was said would happen happened and very promptly.

Fantastic communication, we had a tight deadline to meet they were out within a week of sending the initial enquiry, we then had a phonecall the same day with an overview of what was looked out. The report came through 3 working days after the inspection. Would definitely recommend!

Really easy to arrange prompt service. Great level of detail in the report and reasonably priced.

Our surveyor, Chris Tucker, called us early evening to confirm his visit to the property we are buying, was completed earlier that day. He summarised quite clearly the main points of the survey, highlighting no big red flags! The subsequent online report was very comprehensive, with around 54 pages to read. Very reasonable fees with this firm. Well recommended.

Chris provided an in-depth inspection for our purchase. He phoned us the same evening of the survey to explain any concerns that he had and wrote a detailed report that explained everything well! We recommend this company to anyone!
