Very happy with the company that provided me with my home survey.
There were very thorough

Chris and team were very responsive from the get-go to post report delivery. I had a positive experience with them with zero complaints.

Chris was great we are first time buyers and he took the time to talk with us the same day he viewed the property we were buying. He was more than happy to answer questions and supplied the report the following week with his findings. I would definitely use Orchard homes again

The ease of getting the survey booked in through to receiving the survey and the thorough explanation of the property, it was extremely helpful and a great service.

I spent quite some time searching for a surveyor to carry out the most important purchase of my life. After reading very positive reviews on Orchard I decided to give them a call. I found them very helpful with my needs and concerns so I went ahead and instructed Chris to carry out the survey. Chris was very thorough and the survey was easy to read and well structured. I am very happy with Orchard and should I require their services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had a fantastic service provided - it was quick, survey was done within days of booking. Got a phonecall immediately after the survey was finished - and was reassured accordingly. Report provided was thorough and full of advice. Would highly reccommend!

Great service from Orchard home surveys, was easy to book online and was booked in with the homeowners quickly. Once the survey had been done got a phone call with a brief update about what was found and the full report was finished and sent to me 5 days later. Great service, would use again.

From initial phone call from the company, to Chris the Surveyor visiting property, I cannot fault the customer service, communication or the great surveying service they provide. After the survey I got a call from Chris to let me know his findings and any improvements that maybe needed urgently, or in the future. Due to our last purchase falling through (not because of survey) I had no problem getting in touch with Chris and his team again as soon as we found another property.
From Day 1 speaking to Cassidy and briefly discussing the subject property and the Survey that I required (Level 2) and to obtain the quote. I was notified when the survey was due to be carried out (Thursday) and that it will be done by Chris. Within 24 hours (Friday) I had a phone call (Chris) to discuss the overall result. By close of business on the Monday the full result (65 Pages) was in my 'inbox'. For me this was Professionalism at it's best.

Excellent communication from Chris and his colleagues throughout the entire process. We were able to highlight specific areas of concern before the survey and then discuss them in detail with Chris afterward. The report was extremely comprehensive, with a dedicated section we could easily forward to our solicitor. Overall, we’re really pleased we chose Orchard and feel very confident moving forward with our purchase.
