Orfium No solo copian música que está en dominio público, sino que copian música que tengo licencia para tocar y música que yo mismo he creado. YouTube no hace nada al respecto a pesar de que es una violación legal. Lo único que puedes hacer es presentar una disputa y esperar 30 días. Nunca responden.

Follow up on my last review: They claimed fraudulently copyright claims on my videos. I prove to them I have the licence to use said music. They retract those claims. Then, a week later, they put new fraudulent claims on my new videos - for the same outro music they tried to claim for before - that I still have licence for and have already proved I have licence. They are literally criminals.

They make malicious and aggravating claims against composers.

Nothing but a patent troll company.

They sent me a copyright claim about my youtube video that I created using music that I had both composed and also purchased the rights to.

Suffice to say they backed down on it when I appealed to youtube.

I notice they've done this for lots of other people as well. So I'm not alone.

Stop making false claims of owning Public Domain music that I use on my YouTube Channel Named 'Mackenzie Rough'
The track in question is The Blue Danube of which I bought from SmartSound! Go away and get a proper job!

Royalty Free Music purchased from the Smartsound web site is licensed for One Seat. A single user may use a music purchase on up to 2 different computers provided they are the sole user of those computers.

Smartsound has updated its music license. Our royalty-free music license now includes national and international broadcast and theatrical release movies and, as always, you can display and distribute your productions on the web. Your use of our music is still subject to our Smartsound Music License Agreement but these changes mean that you can use the music as much as you want, on as many productions as you want and distribute your projects wherever you want.
Are there any exceptions? You must obtain a "mechanical" license for replication of quantities in excess of 10,000 units. The mechanical license is not a synchronization license but a license that permits the manufacture and distribution of multiple copies of your production that contain Smartsound music.

All my YouTube videos get a copyright claim from Hexacorp Ltd (aka Orfium) even after I've deleted all my uploaded tracks from my Orfium account. I've sent them tens of messages via their website contact form and only after I've sent them a message directly from my email, I got an automated response. They claimed the copyright even on a video of myself standing on front of my laptop and composing a song from scratch. In my Orfium account that I asked to be deleted, my earnings are ZERO even plenty of people know of and listen to my music. Other albums I've released through RouteNote got me some nice earnings and I want all my music removed from Orfium / Hexacorp Ltd. database so I can work with a real company for real people. If they don't comply in 30 days, I've discussed the issue with my lawyer and we are going to sue them.

Made about 5000 USD from their Copyright ID System, but they do not pay out after the request.

They aswell do not reply to any Emails

Contacted my Lawyer for this case, to sue their Company.

Do not use the Site Orfium.com to upload your Music on there. These Scammers will pay for that :-)

This company is fraud
They are scammers.
I made around $1200 usd and they did not
Gave me the money and blocked my account. They didn't replied to any of my emails.
Dont ever think of using their services
They took my 1200 usd.
My recommendation NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE
YOU WILL REGRET!!!!!!!

P.s - orfium if u reading this please give my money.

It's scam. I earned more than 700 USD but it does not pay.
