Received call later in the same day to say the cleaner had a tough job and will be delayed. This is MID MAY .. he will next be available in JULY! They were on the phone before the visit trying to book all sorts of extra services that I declined, and I declined to pay the balance in full until I saw the job. Now I am awaiting my refund! Had to cancel as the year is progressing and I just wanted an oven cleaned!

After having my first appointment cancelled on the day he was due to come then being an hour late of the time I was told he would arrive the actual cleaning of my hob was a disgrace I actually had to clean it myself after. I complained to the company and didn’t get a response for 6 days when they offered to send someone else out 7 days later .. I’m still waiting for a response asking for a refund. I could go on but the long and short of it is they’re cowboys choose a reputable company who’s well know don’t waste your money here.

Booked an oven clean in early April and paid half upfront. The first appointment was a complete waste of time — I was told they were running late, only for it to be cancelled entirely.
I rebooked for today, and once again it’s been cancelled, this time because the technician is “sick.” Two cancellations in a row with no reliability whatsoever.
The only time this company was attentive was when taking the remaining balance before the first appointment (which, unsurprisingly, never happened). They were also very quick to try and upsell additional services like cleaning other appliances and oven liners.
Overall, a completely useless and unreliable service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Upfront payment requested in full
I made a booking for my range oven and hob to be cleaned and was somewhat surprised to be asked to pay a 50% deposit up front, which amounted to £52.50! However, I decided to proceed and booked them for the afternoon of 29th April 2026. I was therefore surprised to receive a phone call during the afternoon on 28th April asking if they could change the booking and come in the morning of 29th and then very concerned when they advised that the balance of payment was required immediately! I declined the request for upfront payment and said that's not the way a professional company acts and I never pay until I see the job done to my satisfaction. Indeed, I was extremely surprised that they had asked. They tried pressurising me saying that this is their usual practice, despite their booking confirmation email stating that payment is due on the day. I advised that if they didn't backtrack, I would contact Trading Standards. They eventually agreed to accept payment on completion. I then confirmed that I wouldn't be able to change the booking to the morning of 29th April because I already had another appointment. I reluctantly agreed to change it to the afternoon of 1st May.
I then tried logging onto the Account they had set up following my booking and was disturbed to find that although it accepted the password I was given (not one I created) and said my login was successful, it then advised that there was a login error!!
Consequently, I don't trust this company at all now and will be seeking to cancel my booking and obtain a full refund. I'm not hopeful of success!!

Do not use this company under any circumstances.Booked an appointment and paid a deposit of £20 and then they rang the day before to ask for the balance of £20 upfront and tried to sell me other services i did not need or want.
Driver turned up and could not find a parking space so left.Spoke to there customer service who sounded totally bored and uninterested and said they would call me back with another appointment date but after a week a had heard nothing.Sent repeated requests for a refund and have heard nothing back not even an acknowledgement.
Just a bunch of scammers and there advertising totally misleading and i think there reviews on there site must be fake.Avoid this company and save yourself a lot of hassle,time and money.

Stayed in for 2 days waiting for someone to attend to my cooker etc, no sign of anyone,multiple phone calls to them absolute waffle, cant get my deposit back as it was less thsn £100, stay clear of this firm,
Simon arrived 27 hrs after initial appointment a very pleasant man and he did an amazing job cleaning my appliances, dont know reason for the delay, but the business needs to get things sorted
Job poorly done
Job poorly done and they are protected by their non-helpful 'Customer Care'. Despite repeated attempts to elicit some sort of response; (including photos of the untouched area and bank details at their request) they are obviously not going to accept any sort of responsivity for their shoddy performance. I suppose it is good money after bad because there has been no attempt to reimburse. Deal with these people at your peril.

Everything Looks good from the website
Everything Looks good from the website, my first concern is that no invoice was sent to my email & I received a text from a number reported to be a scam. Following up a few days before appointment no email reply, a phone call day before to say person can not come next day & to re-arrange later. I declined and asked for money back if which I receive an email asking to add my bank details for a refund. I know it’s easy to give refunds so alarm bells are ringing again! My card is frozen and I really hope the bank can sort out.

After paying oven support in March for an oven clean, up to the 7th April our appointment has been cancelled 3 times, always with the excuse that the engineer had gone sick, and so I’ve cancelled my appointment and asked for a refund, if anyone is looking for an oven cleaner, please do yourself a favour, and give this unreliable company a very wide berth 😡😡😡

I have used this company before (over a year ago) and had a good experience and even recommended them. However, the company seems to have deteriorated over time. I scheduled a clean for beginning of February, they cancelled on the day. I had paid upfront and it took a month to receive my refund (with me chasing.) When they contacted me to reschedule I agreed on the basis that I would not pay upfront again. Good job I didn’t as they cancelled again today. Complete waste of time and a frustrating experience.

The company did rearrange the appointments with me twice before this one which was frustrating and that’s why I have given 4* however this is no reflection on Lee, but at that point Lee wasn’t there person who was due to do the job.

Pay upfront but as we thought we were dealing with Cookerburra we went with it. After declining sales patter trying to sell us contracts we waited for the representative to arrive as planned.
Within 30minutes he had smashed the glass on the oven door. Accidents happen but the process following this has been truly appalling. We were without an oven for 2 weeks. We did all the chasing up of the repair people and the customer service team, despite multiple promises of calls back, did nothing. We are still “on hold” for the return of one person from sick leave to deal with our requirement of a full refund as a minimum. We don’t have confidence that he will be the person who can make decisions on refunds but the other “service” personnel insist he’s the only one who can deal with it.
There are allegedly no “management” ever available. I was given the name of Dave Reynolds as a Director. Also never available. Without doubt the worst service I have ever received. Apart from the person who is currently off sick, who was at least polite, the other 4 customer service people I spoke to were indifferent at best and totally dismissive in general. Cookerburra, if they are Franchising to the likes of Ovensupport, would be wise to disassociate from these people. If they are one and the same then they deserve to fail.
