This is the second time we have put our trust in the Moon Team to book our yearly holiday and we cannot fault their choice of holiday and the communication from our initial booking to also contact whilst on the holiday is second to none.
We haven’t hesitated to recommend their wonderful travel company to friends & family which we have already done and they have gone on to book their own tailor made holidays too

This was our third booking with them . Told them what we like and our budget they really look into everything . They post your boarding passes and also email them. This was a return visit to skiathos hotel was fantastic which they recommended .

My family and myself have been booking holidays with Over the Moon Escapes for a few years now. Every holiday Cat has suggested has been amazing. Cat and Bret have fantastic travel experience and are able to plan whatever type of holiday you are looking for. They are truly lovely people and make sure all aspects of your holiday is taken care of.

I have been booking holidays with over the moon escapes for a couple of years and find Cat and Bret very knowledgeable about lots of different locations and hotels. They give great advice and nothing is a problem. They provide an excellence service and always go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

The team at Over the Moon Escapes are just the best! Their customer service is far above anything I’ve experienced when booking a holiday and we have booked a fair few with them up to now. They are literally there for you 24/7 and do everything apart from actually go with you and do the packing!! I cannot praise them enough!!

Cat, Brett and Harvey make the whole process of booking a holiday so easy. We have booked 3 times now over the past 2 years and will certainly continue to book with them for all our future travel. We have appreciated honest thoughts about different destinations/ hotels suited to our needs as a family and they are always happy to answer any questions. The extra touches of checking you in and sorting that side makes a big difference to busy family life. I would 100% recommend over the moon travel to anyone!

I cannot praise Cat ,Brett and Harvey enough in making booking a holiday and the whole holiday experiences so easy and straightforward . From the first time you contact the team you can feel confident that they will deliver a first class service. From recommending (from their excellent experiences) holidays to suit everyone to making the process of paperwork etc so simple ( all done prior to going to the airport) and the total confidence in them to have your best interest at heart. The personal touch of gifts from them is the cherry on the cake. Would never think of booking any differently now. If you want the best then use the best. And you won't get any better. Five stars all the way.

I had never used a travel agent before but this was our first holiday with my little girl so we decided to and I am so glad we did! The whole team at Over the Moon Escapes were fabulous. From making sure we found a perfect toddler friendly resort to requesting a quiet part of the hotel and getting us all checked in. Nothing was too much! They were all very friendly and polite and responded very quickly to any queries! I felt so relaxed about the whole thing! We even came home to a wonderful gift! What an excellent service!

As my little girl has told me ‘you get more pennies for another one holiday?’ And when I have I will definitely be using Over the Moon Escapes again! Thank you!

From start to finish Cat made booking our bespoke holiday to Dubai, Cambodia & Vietnam very easy, she helped us plan it and get the best out of our time away, happy to talk with us getting to know what we wanted to achieve. Very quick at responding to any questions we had, tweaking the itinerary to get to our final one. We have also booked in trips with her so we get the best out of every stay. I have been using OTME for a number of years now and they go over and above to help you with your holidays. On some occasions I’ve even found my holiday and they have booked, the reason…if anything goes wrong I know they are on hand to sort it for me and they do all of the flight checkin and get your tickets. I’ve had changed flights & holidays cancelled and each time we have got rebooked with no issues. Highly recommend them, and will always book with them now ✈️ 🏝️💙

Booked last years holiday with Over the moon escapes, usually use large companies & usually AI but hubby agreed to look at a final long haul to appease me , I was a little worried/anxious but explained to Cat exactly what we wanted, a tour around Vietnam but with pick ups no worries with a few days beach to relax…….. Boy did she deliver ❣️ Cat was so personal, rang me to actually speak 1-1 , flight times, pick ups nothing was a problem, the tour was absolutely amazing & the beach stay afterwards in a sandals hotel was fabulous. We had a bit of bad weather whilst away & Cat even reached out to check we were ok & asking if we had any problems/worries …… you wouldn’t get that with a regular tour company.
Would 100% use Over The Moon Escapes again & again- we are going on another tour in November , Cat & Brett have organised, which hubby actually instigated as he loved last years break.

I don’t even know where to start with what a 5 star this company is. Who can say they have a travel agent that offers the same service as Over The Moon Escapes. From my initial enquiry, to booking, to being on holiday and even coming home, Over The Moon Escapes were in touch throughout. There is just something more personal I think about them, as they genuinely want you to have the best holiday and they care so much. They definitely go above and beyond when booking a holiday for you. Cat and Brett were even on their own holiday in Thailand when they went to check out a hotel they had booked my family, Cat sent videos with a full tour. She didn’t have to do that I’d already booked, she wasn’t staying near, but she went out of her way to check it out for me and my family.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, I must of done Cat’s head in with all my questions when she booked our family holiday to Thailand, but nothing was ever too much. I was totally out of my comfort zone wanting to book Thailand, but Cat put me at ease and honestly the holiday has to be one of our best holidays ever. We stayed in 4 different places, (Phuket, Elephant Hills (Jungle and Lake Camp) and Krabi, the moving about was a worry to me, but the organisation of everything from Over The Moon Escapes honestly was 5 star 🌟. I’m so glad I was recommended to use them, I’m currently now planning our next family adventure. Next stop Bali ☺️

Cat and her team are truly fantastic at what they do. We have booked our holidays through them for the past two years now and cannot recommend them enough. They take care of absolutely everything and make booking holidays so seamless- especially multi-centre trips! When flights are delayed or cancelled we are even more grateful for them knowing they are on hand to sort everything out and have even supported us with claiming compensation from the airline. I love how genuine and honest Cat and her team are- they are always upfront about recommendations and costs - you can really tell they care about their clients and have a real passion for what they do.

We have booked our last two holidays with Cat and have never been disappointed. The personal touches they give to the holiday booking experience is second to none. From booking, checking in, sorting special assistance, seating and ensuring all your documents arrive with you nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend over the moon escape, whether it be a city break or long haul they will sort out everything for you. so easy to chat to very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and the personal touches are lovely. We have booked a few times now and everything went so smoothly we didn't have to worry about a thing.

I have booked a few holidays with Cat & Brett. From start to finish the whole experience has been first class. understanding what I would like and helping me pick the right holiday for me. Also when a problem arises, they are on it straight away resolving issues and you are supported and made to feel nothing a problem. We used OTME for a once in a lifetime trip to South Africa and Mauritius. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team and any problems we faced were quickly resolved. Since my holiday I have recommended friends to contact her and they have been equally as happy with the service. It’s extremely rare to find a business that really puts you at the heart. The team always suggest things that can make your travels better including alternative destinations or itineraries and it was greatly appreciated. I have no plans to book a holiday without them again.
