I had my dental treatment at Dental Clinic Turkey with Dr. Ozan Guner in february and I am still extremely happy with the results. My teeth look perfect even today, and I constantly receive compliments about my smile.

The clinic was very professional, clean, and well organized. Dr. Ozan Guner and his team were friendly, caring, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment, which made me feel very comfortable and confident.

I can honestly say that choosing this clinic was one of the best decisions I made. I would definitely recommend Dental Clinic Turkey to anyone looking for high-quality dental treatment and long-lasting results.

Von Anfang bis Ende wurde ich hervorragend betreut. Schon am Flughafen wurde ich von den freundlichen Fahrern von OG Dental abgeholt,
und während der gesamten Behandlungszeit wurde ich jeden Tag pünktlich vom Hotel zur Praxis und wieder zurück gebracht.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Praxis selbst ist ein Traum: modernste Technik, topaktuelle Geräte und alles ist absolut sauber und gepflegt – man fühlt sich sofort wohl und in den besten Händen.
Mein Zahnarzt Hüseyin war einfach großartig – besser hätte ich es mir nicht wünschen können! Obwohl ich sehr aufgeregt war,
hat Er mir mit seiner ruhigen, geduldigen und absolut professionellen Art jede Angst genommen.

I truly regret going to this clinic. I've been struggling with my teeth ever since, and it's been a distressing experience. My problems began with the temporary teeth—they kept brushing off my concerns, saying “it’ll all be okay.” It wasn’t. I ended up with no gum and teeth far whiter than I wanted, which look unnatural.
Everything feels skewed in my mouth now. There are gaps at the sides where the teeth overlap, and they ground my natural teeth down so thin to make things fit that I’m now getting little cracks in them. It’s heartbreaking.
I tried repeatedly to contact them for help, but was blocked or ignored. Every time I raised a concern, I was told not to worry. After a year of trying to get through, I gave up. Awful service, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Unfortunately I’ve been there,2 years ago .I had 7 implants and full mouth of zirconium teeth.The first time everything seemed perfect,but second time was a nightmare.Two days after I got home,I messaged them,because I had holes all over my crown,but they said I need to wait for healing process.But 2 months later was worse,I got infected, when I messaged,they said there is nothing wrong,but I have to use water flush,so I did, but nothing changed.Then they said to go back.I went and I also paid for everything (flights and hotel).Once I got there,they said everything is fine,so I went to another clinic back in Doncaster where I’ve been told starting for my implants everything is wrong.They cancelled on of my implant,another one has been connected with my own tooth and the rest of them have been placed wrong.Now quarter of my crown broke off,so I have to change the crown.

My experience at OG Clinic İzmir, under the guidance of Dr. Ozan Güner, was truly remarkable and complex, from the very first contact until the completion of my dental treatment.

Impeccable organization and logistics

Everything was extremely well coordinated: the initial communication, transportation, drivers, coordinators – every person involved showed professionalism and care. I felt constantly supported and looked after.

Treatment and surgical interventions

The surgeries were performed by professional and capable doctors. As patients, we must recognize that the surgical part is never easy – it causes us pain and, in the moment, we tend to “hate the surgeons.” However, it is important to understand that treatment is not a walk in the park, and the final success depends on these specialists. At OG Clinic, their work is top-level.

In our case:
• Dr. Burak Alperen Ulusoy and his team were my wife’s doctors – highly skilled professionals, attentive and dedicated.
• Dr. Melis Bulut and his team were my doctors – a true 10/10 team, extremely capable and caring.

Final check and Dr. Ozan’s direct involvement

One particularly important and rare aspect is that Dr. Ozan Güner does not allow any patient to leave the clinic before he personally checks the final result. Only after making sure the patient is completely satisfied does he let them go. This care and responsibility inspire extraordinary confidence and show the doctor’s level of involvement.

Language support and the translators & coordinators team

Translators Mihai, Svetlana, and Alex were all a 10+ presence, each demonstrating professionalism and dedication. Adriana also stood out for her involvement and care towards patients.
In addition, Felipa and Adriana are top contact persons – they respond quickly to messages and help wholeheartedly, always available and attentive to patients’ needs.

Hotel staff and complete experience

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help.
Here, it is especially worth mentioning front office manager, Berkay Bozdemir, who showed a high level of organization and commitment.
I would also like to highlight Sezik and Munewer Karazehir – a gentleman and a young lady of great professional value, kind, helpful, and dedicated. They are a living example of what true premium customer experience means.

Conclusion

OG Clinic in İzmir, led by Dr. Ozan Güner, brings together professionalism, attention to detail, and a complete approach to the patient. If I were to make a SWOT analysis, the clinic would come out almost entirely with strengths. The atmosphere, the team, and the doctor’s personal involvement make the experience premium, trustworthy, and with excellent results.

I went to this clinic worst clinic ever I had implants top and bottom mr Ozan did the work to my implants and told me to have faith in him I got my implants and mr ozan tried them in my mouth everything fine he sent them to get polish but when it was time to fit them mr ozan had gone home and a dentist could not fit them he started to file them and everything it was awful so they never fitted properly from the start went back 3 times to tell them they wasn’t fit right but they just would not listen £8000 for nothing because the last time I went back they told me they had failed after 3 years of me complaining so they took the implants out and have dentures absolutely disgusting how they treat me but I believe in karma so please don’t go to this clinic

Nach langer Suche habe ich diese Klinik, OG Dental Clinic in Izmir gefunden.
Dabei habe ich hunderte Bewertungen gelesen und geprüft, ob sie echt sind.
Diese Klinik überzeugte mich vollends.
Warum in der Türkei?
Nun, das Angebot einer deutschen Zahnklinik lag bei € 24.000, plus! Ohne Garantie, das es bei dem Preis auch bleibt.
Behandlungszeitraum: 12 Monate.
Garantie auf die neuen Zähne: bescheidene zwei Jahre.
So suchte ich und fand diese Klinik, eben in der Türkei.
Preis für Ober- und Unterkieferprothesen auf Implantaten und Zähnen aus Zirkonium, unter
€ 10.000, inklusiv Hotel-, Transport- und alle anderen Kosten.
Behandlungszeitraum zwei Mal eine Woche, mit vier Monaten dazwischen.
Diente dem Einwachsen der Implantate.
Garantie nach einem weiteren Kontrollbesuch: Lebenslang!
Das klang doch schon ganz anders!
So wollte ich das haben.
Ergo: nach nur 4.5 Monaten inklusiv zwei Wochen Behandlungen ist mein Wunsch von Traumzähnen in Erfüllung gegangen.
Alle verbleibenden Zähne raus. Sie hatten ja auch schon 70 Lebensjahre hinter sich gebracht.
Implantate wurden gleichzeitig gesetzt.
Nach Ablauf der Einheilungszeit der Implantate bekam ich meine neuen Zähne.
Ich traute meinen Augen nicht!
Super, helle, stabile und feste Zähne, meldete mir mein Blick in den Spiegel.
Ich war sehr froh, glücklich und zufrieden.
Zu den Ärzten: erstklassige, bestens ausgebildete, professionelle und freundliche Ärzte.
Modernste Klinik mit insgesamt über 30 Mitarbeitern, inklusive eigenem Labor.
Die Logistik dieser Klinik ist ebenfalls erstklassig.
Jeden Morgen eine WhatsApp Nachricht mit dem Tagesplan.
Von der Abholung vom Flughafen zum Hotel bis zur Tagesbehandlung, Fahrt zur Klinik und zurück und am letzten Tag zum Flughafen zurück.
Das Personal in allen Bereichen ist absolut freundlich, informiert über alle Belange, hilft und hat immer ein Lächeln dabei.
Übrigens: man spricht dort über zehn Sprachen. Viele der Mitarbeiter, Betreuer und Ärzte sprechen perfekt Deutsch.
Nach nun mehr sechs Monaten mit neuen Zähnen kann ich überzeugt schreiben, ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Ich bin sehr glücklich mit den Neuen, sie sehen super aus und funktionieren bestens.
Wenn Sie sich die Zähne machen lassen wollen, oder müssen, fliegen Sie nach Izmir (Hin- und!Rückflug unter € 300) und nehmen Sie diese Klinik.
Sie werden, wie ich auch, sehr zufrieden sein.
Ich schrieb die Bewertung so umfassend, weil ich selbst Zweifel, auch Angst und Ungewissheit hatte und freue mich Ihnen die Entscheidung vielleicht ein Stück weit zu erleichtern.

Just had my treatment from OG Smile Clinic and aft Ozan Güner and I am absolutely amazed by everything.

Firstly, the staff are just so lovely, professional and my dentist was so gentle. The clinic is immaculate- so high tech and absolutely stunning. They have a coffee bar and stunning gardens for you to chill in while you wait and a transfer picks you up from the airport and your hotel every time you need to visit.

I had 16 zirconium crows and my teeth are perfect. They listened to exactly what I wanted, kept me updated throughout and made any changes that I wanted to ensure my smile was perfect. My teeth are beautiful and so natural. Would recommend Dt Ozan Güner and team to everyone. So happy!

Hard to comprehend just how good this service is. From the airport pick up, the hotel and it's homely comforts, the detailed service provided daily by the clinic, it started as a "let's take the leap" to having a terrific holiday bonding and socializing with other clients from all over Europe. The staff are lovely people, you get to know all the drivers, hotel and clinic personnel, great characters. Historic Izmir is a cultural hotpot of markets, ruins, restaurants, sea, and Turkish flavours laid out for you to relish and marvel in with it's warm and enthusiatic residents. My treatment (4 implants, 8 crowns) began with effortless tooth removal and construction of temporary dentures. The temps are incredible, I can't stop smiling, and in three months I'll return for the final implants. I've had a profoundly wonderful time. I CANNOT wait to return to reunite with the staff and new Facebook friends on our journey. Thank you!!
