I have found the Clinic through a recommendation of friends. Once we established connection, everything was clearly indicated, all questions answered. Really cheap services compared with many other places. To have all prices included, with accommodation, medical procedures and transfers to airport is a real bargain. I can say the implants were successful, not without pain after the surgery, but you will be well looked after. I even had a special medicines delivery at the hotel, out of hours, after midnight, at no extra costs, as the painkillers given weren't working on me, although were the right ones and strong enough. The team is very professional and amiable, are there to provide all the support you may need. Once the price is agreed is what you pay, there aren't hidden costs or additional fees. If the surgeon considers a need of an extra implant is needed, once you pay the bill, the extra implant will be for free, as I was assured. This is not something you get to see very often. As for the prices I was quoted for 12 implants, temporary dentures and final teeth, full mouth, with £6000 less than my home country (Romania) and with a huge £35000 as I was quoted in the UK.

Wonderful Dental clinic with beautiful rooms! The waiting room has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere Dr Ozan is very professional, friendly and takes time to clearly explain the treatment procedures. It’s great to find a dental clinic that can provide consultation in 6 to 7 languages . From the hotel to the staffs are the best.The team is welcoming and professional,they go out of their way to ensure a positive, comfortable experience. Especially Cemre, she has been supportive from day one and always there whenever I needed something.my greetings to Sinam for his support.I walk away feeling very good about my visit and the care I've been provided and i can highly recommend OG Smile to everyone

Sent originally October 2022 was happy with the work they done they told me any problems any time get back to them. January this year I had to go emergency dentist in liverpool as I was having a sharp pain from a tooth had a root canal done and was told to get intouch with dentist that done my teeth as I'd need them doing again. Got Intouch through whats app was willing to pay for new teeth to be done only to be told let us get back to you we need to see if we have availability this was the end of January and still no one has got back to me and I've just been ignored beware they don't care about your aftercare as soon as they have got your money there not interested also the hotel they put you in is am absolute dive staff can't speak English a d it's filthy

I found the staff and service very good, and the coordination in getting from hotel to clinic excellent.the interpreter was also excellent and very Friendly.

I’ve just returned with my husband for his final visit with OG Smile in Izmir Turkey 😁 from start to finish we were treated with respect and kindness my treatment was flawless and I have returned to the UK with a fantastic smile - I had 9 crowns completed by Dr Berke Polat who was patient and kind as I was very nervous, and my husband had 6 implants on top and 8 on the bottom by Dr Burak Alperen there were no complications or complaints, the dentist are all very professional and approachable and the clinic staff friendly and inviting and can’t do enough for you - thank you all for a wonderful experience - thank you for giving me my confidence back - Simon and Margarita 😁😁

Olá eu sou a Cristina e foi a melhor decisão que tomei na minha vida primeiro o receio como é normal não conhecemos nada num pais diferente mas não há que ter medos nem receios de nada no hotel e na clínica é como se estivesse em casa em família é maravilhoso a satisfação do profissionalismo de todos os intervenientes no processo desde o staff do hotel ao Sr Horácio e ao Daniel e todos os que nos conhecem na clínica Drs 10 estrelas tradutores e auxiliares 10 estrelas tudo pensado e realizado para nos receberem em casa adorei experiência realizada em novembro de 2023 satisfação máxima sem nada a protestar venham concretizar o vosso sonho de sorrir nesta maravilhosa clica com estes excelentes seres humanos. Very satisfied with the services received. I had 10 dental implants and bone addition on the sinus. I did not encounter any problems considering the complexity of the work.
I have recommended the clinic to another friend and he is very satisfied with the result as well.

Great Experience!

First time when I heard about this clinic, I was quite sceptic but after I read some reviews, I decided to give a try. I was thrilled from the beginning to the end! The result was far beyond my expectations!
All the staff, starting with the administration, doctors, surgeons, assistants and all the drivers, treated me with great respect, friendship, and professionalism. I can’t say enough “Thank you” for Cemre Durmuş for all her help and support, Onur, Ilyas and all the members from the front desk. For my doctors Dr. Efehan and Dr. Mert. And a big THANK YOU to Dr Ozan for his understanding, support and patience with which he treated me.
