The Ozerty UV lamps have been a lifesaver for me!

I’m reading the reviews and wondering if I have the right company? I have been extremely happy with the UV lights we purchased. They have been a lifesaver for me, with my mold toxicity. I also use a blue light UV flashlight to help me find the mold and then I set up my UV lamp.
The customer service has been amazing as well. Mary is always happy to help me with anything. Her responses are quick and I’ve often received more than 1-2 emails a day if I’m having a problem.
I’m very grateful for the UV lights we bought from Ozerty

Ozerty is a scam company.

I purchased an item for $15.00, but after submitting my order, the total suddenly increased to over $50.00. I wanted to cancel the purchase, but there was no cancellation option available. I contacted Ozerty immediately to request a cancellation. It was around midnight, and when I woke up the next morning, I received a response stating that my order had already been processed and shipped. The product arrived five weeks later, and there were no return options offered. Ozerty are thieves.
I will post this review coments on X and Facebook too.

Ozerty charged my card without my…

Ozerty charged my card without my permission and then refused to refund or exchange the order. Despite multiple follow-ups, my money was never returned. I felt ignored, disrespected, and taken advantage of. This experience caused me real stress. I strongly warn others to be extremely careful with this company.

N'achetez pas de cette compagnie! Ils ont chargé un montant plus élevé sur ma carte de crédit que le montant indiqué sur la facture qui lui était déjà erroné. Ils m'ont offert un rabais si j'achetais un 2e item, au lieu ce 2e item a été facturé 2 fois plus cher, en plus du 5% qui n'a pas été appliqué.
J'ai essayé de communiquer avec eux et essayer d'annuler la transaction le jour même après avoir lu les commentaires (chose que j'aurais dû faire avant d'acheter), ils ont répondu (par courriel très douteux) en disant qu'il était impossible d'annuler.
Il impossible aussi de rejoindre un représentant au téléphone (c'est IA qui répond).
Après avoir lu d'autres commentaires, je crois que cette compagnie essait juste de gagner du temps, en ayant accès le plus longtemps possible à notre carte de crédit, car d'autres personnes ont commenté qu'ils ont eu d'autres prélèvements non autorisés venant d'eux. J'ai dû faire vaoir mon point avec ma carte de crédit pour obtenir un remboursement et ensuite annuler ma carte, ça n'a pas été facile et j'aurais aimé m'éviter cette perte de temps.
Cette cie n'est pas canadienne, elle vient des Émirates arabes et les prélèvements se font à partir de Orlando USA.

Ordered the Senior Smartwatch.

Ordered the Senior Smartwatch.. was defective and then sent another defective one! Would not give me a refund… kept saying they were having technical issues!! It’s been since May 2025!! Do not order anything from them!! Products are crap and you’ll never get your money back!!

Scammers….NOT a Canadian company

This is NOT a Canadian company; it operates out of United Arab Emirates. I ordered a small plastic bottle stopper, for which I was charged $17.35. Time will tell if I actually receive it.
Two days after charging my credit card for it, another charge of $24.95 showed up. They claim it’s an “eco fee”, to cover the cost of recycling. AS IF an eco fee would amount to 150% of the cost of the purchased item!!
How I wish I’d checked these reviews before giving these scammers my credit card info….now I’ve had to file a dispute and cancel the card.

I was charged over $ 71 for a bag I ordered that was advertised as costing about $ 23.45 with free shipping. I opted for priority shipping, which added another charge of a little over $17.66. The shipping was NOT priority as the item took more than 2 weeks to arrive.
In addition, I noticed a credit card charge of $30. When asked what this charge was for, Ozerty responded it was an eco fee that had been clearly noted. on the order. It actually had not:

0 stars. Scam company - trick you into paying exorbitant shipping by offering a free product. Products are garbage and they don’t allow you to return. Absolute scam.

UPDATE: even the reply below is like from a bot. That was the entire experience with their customer service. I just want my money back and a way to return their garbage.

Thieves

I bought a product that I wanted to cancel after reading all the negative reviews. They refused to let me cancel the order. They added extra charges to the order. Now two months later they have taken more money out of my account. They are a disgusting fake company and don’t ever give them your financial details.

This is a scam. Bought and paid for an item in July for $55.98. The item was inferior crap, now in September they billed my credit card for the same amount, so had to cancel the credit card. Beware...don't buy here.

Criminal elements overall was billed 55.98$ out out the blue 6 months following my 1st problematic purchase which was inferior and replaced by Ozerty fairly promptly. They claim no credit card retention ! Be aware of unauthorized billing with no purchase and avoid at all costs, check your monthly / statement! Cancel card ! if you have a purchase history ! / 1st time buyers beware yu will be enrolled in an unauthorized trimonthly bill of 55.98$ likely hidden in their policy statement ! GO TO Temu where yu wont be ripped off and are likely buying Temu 3rd party thru Ozerty ! Thats why there are hidden fees due to low margin of return on the $ prepare to cancel your credit card with all the problems associated ! Do not rely on the Ozerty review site it id full of fake positive untrue reviews. Buyer be ware ! Just heard back on 24Sep25 re unauthorized recurring bill every 4 months 55.98$. They claim i left the subscription box ticked ! Pretty sure I didn't BEEE CAREFUL PEOPLE! They have all the scamming tricks down pat ! GO TEMU you will never have a problem !

I ordered two pedometer watches

I ordered two pedometer watches. Neither worked. I should have done more research but they charged $30 for environmental fees. Upon contacting the company, they said they would send a refund. They refunded a very small portion of my total cost. I am out of pocket with two watches that are absolute rubbish. Now two months later they have put another charge through my credit card. For what? I haven’t bought anything, especially after the first fiasco. I would never use this company again. Nor should you.

scam artists

Do not deal with this company. It is deceitful and dishonest. After a bad experience of receiving watch bands that did not work, they made the decision to refund $9.00 or so of the $60,00 odd we paid. We were to keep the useless bands Reviews noted that further charges occur so we cancelled the credit card. They somehow got the new number and made a charge of $55.00 or so. Luckily the bank called re. the charge and cancelled it. Ozery is flagged and hopefully we will hear no more. Stay well away.

Worst online experience ever

Worst online experience ever. I ordered a Senior Step Counter Wrist Watch for $19.00. The hidden fees ended up with a charge to my CC for $45.00. However, then the real trouble started. A few days later another charge appeared for $55.00. I thought, well lesson learned and watched the card closely for a couple of months. Then, at just over 90 days (when you can get $$ back from the CC company) another charge on my card for $55.00. At this point I filed a Fraud Complaint with my CC company and had to have the card cancelled and another sent. You can't imagine the time it has taken me to sort all of this out. Here's the best part though which is actually amusing - the item did actually arrive and instead of an item that looks like a $19 Senior Step Counter, it looks like a .79 cent prize from a Christmas Cracker a 1960's Bubble Gum Machine.
