I booked and paid for a transfer from Budapest airport to our Hotel. We landed at 9.30pm on a Sunday night. There was a storm which eventually arrived at mid-night, while we were still waiting to be picked up. I rang the company a couple of time and each time they said a bus will be at the airport in 30 minutes. I did see a bus but the driver did not so speak English and was so rude in looking away from me and said “No English” I then rang the Company again I told them that we were still waiting. I told them that we were two Ladies in our Sixties waiting in rain, thunder and lightning at mid night for gods sake!!!! I had enough so returned to Airport arrivals to book and pay for another bus company. When I returned home after 10 wonderful days in Budapest. I emailed p-airbus to complain but I’m still waiting for a refund and feed back.

The airline I flew with partnered with this company.

I booked a private airport transfer through them and received a link to this company, which needed pick-up location etc.
I gave P-Airbus all the information they asked for and everything was in order. I even received a confirmation and ticket from P-Airbus.
However, it never showed up. Stood outside for an hour waiting, thinking it would eventually turn up, but it never did.

So like most of the reviews in here, I paid, it didn't show and when I called no one picked up the phone.

Very poor service. Left me stranded at Ljubljana airport and then refused to refund the money I had prepaid for the transfer. Avoid.

I have booked and paid p-airbus airport transfer service from Kutaisi airport to Town centre and from Town centre to airport.
The whole process seems very straightforward but after having paid for the service, the airport transfer is not actually booked and the user has to call international numbers to book the actual taxi directly with a local taxi company. In my case, the taxi company hardly spoke any English either.

the process works in this way, after booking a flight with Wizzair, I was asked if I wanted to book a transfer too, which I did. Then some time aftter paying, p-airbus sent me an email to specify the pick up location and the drop off location. In the same page there is a little link to the "ticket" which states at the bottom, in quite a confusing way, that you have to call the taxi company directly, 24 hours before you need the taxi.
So, if you leave London to fly to Georgia, you have to make an international call to a the taxi company in Georgia and pay for the call yourself.
So basically you pay to book a transfer but they take the money and you still have to book the taxi directly.
Don't use this service.

Horrible. Anyone trying to get a train transfer from Luton Airport in to London be aware. the e-ticket they send has no bardcode/QS code so no one accepts it because they cant verify what it is. Tried at airport and airport parkway train station. Didnt even know I was getting a service from them as booked it with my flight from Wizz Air. They are now refusing to refund me my money even though detailed and provided evidence of having to purchase new tickets from the ticket office which would get me past the barriers. Do yourself a favour and just book directly with national rail. Always shady when you try to speak to a person after ringing their number and automated machine conveniently cuts you off every time before you actually reach a human.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS GYPSY COMPANY. P-AIR ARE JUST AS BAD A WIZZ AIR, NO WONDER THEY ARE RELATED.
Booked transfers on Wizz Air website for my partner visit to Bucharest. One transfer for arrival in Bucharest & one transfer for return journey to airport. The Wizz Air flight was 3 hours late taking of from Birmingham (no surprise there). We were given the drivers number & a 24hr emergency number when booking the transfer. She tried to call driver from Birmingham to inform that flight would be late. No answer, no surprise. She called the 24hr emergency number. No answer, no surprise.
On arrival at Bucharest in the early hours of the morning, there was no sign of the driver. Again she called both numbers & again nobody answered. These Gypsy's left a lone vulnerable female with heavy cases, on her own at an airport in the middle of the night.
Next day we complained, no apology, just confirmation of what we already knew....the driver did not show.
We tried to cancel the return transfer as this outfit could not be trusted. They agreed to refund the first fee but refused to accept the cancellation for the return transfer.
I've had similar dealing with Swizz Air.
Never use this cowboy outfit ever again.They treat customers with complete contempt & cannot be trusted. We should have read the reviews before booking them !

Absolutely horrible. Double charged me when I was making a booking via Wizz air. Promised a refund when contracted customer support. One month and a half later still now refund.

After booking a service with this company, I got a call from the company driver informing me that the service is canceled with a couple of hours before the flight. This is unprofessional but I had no choice.

Next day I have asked for a refund and company told me I will get it shortly. Sadly after two months I still didn't received the money back.

Their contact center telephone number is not working from France and they didn't even bother to reply to my emails.

As a summary, if you manage to have enough people with you on the shuttle they will probably keep the service and everything is fine, however if you are the only one they will cancel the service and never get the money back.

I have had times when I had no problem with the transfers, but now after a couple of transfers I can say the company is NOT reliable. If you don't have a backup please try something else, DON'T rely on them.

Booked P-Airbus in connection with my flight with WizzAir to Sibiu/Romania.

Upon arrival to Sibiu there was no driver with a sign. Caling the office they put me in a bus with other guests. Not a problem, but I did pay a private transfer.

Calling to confirm my return transfer, the day before the flight, they told me that I did not have a transfer on that date. I did provide their office with my flight details and a screendump from WizzAir of my ticket. I was not picked up.

If you are coming to Sibiu, take a taxi, rate is RON20, 1/3 of their rate on WizzAir. Dont waste your time and money on this company.

This transfer company is useless. I had a 5:00 am flight from Porto to Amsterdam. They were fully aware of the time, but when I called to find out my pick up time, I discovered that they could only pick me up at 4:15 am, which would mean my missing the flight. They did suggest that I could take their latest pick up at 1:30 am and spend the night at the airport!!!

I short: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

I had booked my trip through Travelocity and will do my best to ensure that this transfer company is NEVER USED!!!

It was a lovely minibus with a polite and helpful driver they sent. I can recommend them.

TL;DR: You cant call bus driver in case of emergency. Phone number is invalid in the provided ticket.
We had a transfer from Amsterdam to Eindhoven airport at 6.30 AM. Unfortunately Metro train was delayed because of some emergency so we needed to take another transport to the meeting point. During all this time I tried to call the bus driver by provided number on our tickets. No luck there because the "bus driver number" actually redirected to answerphone where you could not connect to any real person! Only general info.
We were at the meeting point at 6.35 and the bus was already gone. IF ONLY THEY PROVIDED US REAL DRIVER'S NUMBER and we could ask him to wait 5 minutes we would not need to buy train tickets and spend 50 euro more (25 per person) to get to the airport in time.
If you are travelling with them - better not be late at the meeting point no matter what tsunami or tornado hit you, in any case you would not be able to warn them.

I can recommend this company after they helped me to travel from Katowice airport to Krakow. First I booked the wrong way, but they called me when they noticied and we could figure out everything nicely. The lady was really helpful at their customers service. Also, the bus was acceptable for the money. Thanks to them my trip was spent less stressfully.

I have travelled with them 3 days ago. I used their train service on Luton airport which I bought from Wizz Air's site. The instructions they sent me and the lady on the airports was helpful enough and I could find everything easily. I had no problem to travel to London after a tiring flight trip it was a really easy and stress free ride from the airport.
I have no idea about their other services, but I can definitely recommend them on Luton airport.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD/SCAM, THEY CHARGED FOR A TRANSFER THAT DID NOT EXIST, AND NEVER SHOWED UP.
