Our story began more than 30 years ago, when the very first Paco Perfumerias store opened its doors in 1991. But the roots go back even further, to 1964, when our founder, Paco Prieto, first stepped into the world of perfumery. With passion and intuition, he chose the heart of Valencia as the perfect place to bring his vision to life.
Over the years, what started as one small store has grown into a family of more than 30 across Spain, in cities such as Valencia, Alicante, Zaragoza, Jaén, La Rioja, and Navarra. In 2003, our name officially became Paco Perfumerias, a name that carries our heritage, values, and love for the world of fragrance and beauty.
By 2012, we opened our online doors too, making it possible to bring carefully chosen perfumes and beauty products to people everywhere, backed by quick delivery and a customer care team that truly listens.
And now, our journey has brought us here to the UK. As part of that step, we have joined forces with Perfume Price, a name UK shoppers have known and trusted for years. Perfume Price is now part of the Paco Perfumerias family, so the same reliable service you have relied on continues, now backed by the heritage and range of a business more than 30 years in the making.

misleading and old products
Update:I been in boots&perfumeshop I tried 5 different bottles none of them they were loose/shaking/moving the cap/heel,I don’t say it your direct fault because you are not the producer
i bought 3 items 1 faulty/damaged cap is loose and shaking and 1 expired checked batch code said over 6 years,they response it's normal for that to shake why the past bottles that i bought wasn't and they were fixed? and the second they searched a website that told them it's over 2 years in condition that the product it's sealed and uponed and still refuse to refund, this is the price for thinking saving some £,you get damaged/expired or old products

We're very sorry to hear that you are unhappy. Sadly some of the information in this review isn't accurate and we feel it's very important to address these points.
We can see that you sent through a video of the plastic spray mechanism that showed no rattling. When you pushed against it there was some flex which is completely normal and expected for two separate plastic parts. The spray mechanism was also fully functional and there was no damage to the item.
We also made sure to send through the information showing that the other fragrance referenced was not 6 years old as claimed. The batch code showed that this item was produced far more recently, is fresh, and well within its expected use by date.
We also never refused a refund. We made sure to share all of this information and, when you remained unhappy, we offered the free return and full refund for your order.

IV ordered previously from this company and have found them efficient from when I placed the order to recieving the ordered item. I have not had any issues with an order to date, but if I did feel it would be looked at promptly
