Matt was exceptional help…I had my email entirely messed up and was unable to even get email and he had me going again in a relatively short amount of time. Plus he was quite patient with my questions and made some really good suggestions about how to proceed in the future if I have the same problem. Every tech support person should be this good. Top notch!

Over time, the value of Pair's offerings have declined as they both raised their rates and began to charge for things that previously were included in domain registration, email and hosting services. Personal and smaller business users are being driven away by the new ownership (2024), if they are paying attention. I finally transferred all my domains away and migrated all email services from my several small accounts to a new provider. I was told by a support line operator that this would result in the closing of all my accounts. Instead, I was hit with another annual hosting charge for domains they no longer serviced. I contacted customer service within days of the charge and yet they refuse to refund anything on an annual charge. Buyer beware!

Personalised communication and problem solving

Things are really bad when I need communication the most. Many things changed on my site while thinking PAIR Support was doing it. We need MORE communication, not LESS when Security is involved.

The Pair support team has been patiently helping me to update the php version of my WordPress site when I requested their help through a series of emails. One question would lead to another and they always answered them promptly and offered very specific and relevant instructions. I am very grateful for their help.

Issues always seem to come up after hours or on weekends, or on holidays. My issue was no different. After hours, on a Saturday, Memorial weekend. But Pair Support was there for me within seconds, and the problem was resolved immediately. Pair is the absolute best in hosting and support services. Excellent!
