The support person did not read my request carefully enough to give me the correct directions on how to change my automatic signature lines at the end of all my emails. However, they did send me to to an area in settings that helped me. I tried clicking on everything that made sense and I finally found the right link that allowed me to change my name and phone number.

Being a customer of 20+ years…
Being a customer of 20+ years apparently has no bearing on how a customer is treated.
Pair's platform has been largely stale for more than a decade. The interface can be confusing, and it looks like it's straight out of 2006, but it's been functional, so I've stuck with them - until now.
I'm actively shopping for an alternative registrar because Pair can't be bothered to offer a lousy $20 refund for a problem caused by their own platform's confusing email notifications.

The technical support representative of Pair Networks did a perfect job helping me resolve all the issues I was experiencing and professionally answered all my questions. It is impossible for anyone to have done a better job then he did in helping me to understand the changes
Pair Networks deployed since the year 2025.

No phone support in the afternoon. No urgent email responses overnight.
No phone support in the afternoon. On hold for over 30 minutes twice until system hung up on me due to time passed. Urgent support via email answered with no solution provided. Multiple subsequent emails trying to get server running properly again were ignored until the next morning. Several follow-up emails claimed our software was causing the issue until we proved it was a server issue. After escalation, they ultimately moved us to a new server which solved the problem more than 24 hours later. In the meantime our users were seeing timeouts and delays for more than 24 hours.

I have been a customer of Pair Networks for over 20 years. I cannot think of a better hosting company. Their customer support is top notch. There server are also top notch and they are excellent in upgrading server software.
