Not very happy with them at all, went online, paid for a new battery for my iPhone 13 mini.
Went to the crescent shopping centre which was 45 mins away on a Saturday to be told to come back on Monday.
Came back on the Monday to be told they didn’t have it in stock, should have told me that on the Saturday!
Asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and have being totally ignored, no reply.
No reply is a reply so gonna take this further and look to be compensated for my expenses as well.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from Pair, worst customer service ever!

Extremely quick, efficient, professional. Got a turnaround in 40 minutes, compared to the usual half day, so was spared the inconvenience of being without phone. Went at midday hours on a Wednesday. Affordable aswell.

Nihad at Pair in Dundrum is a genius! In a freak accident my iPad (less than 2 years old) fell at an odd angle and the on/off button got stuck in the housing. Apple told me that they couldn’t fix it & wanted me to buy a new one. Crazy!!

I had nothing to lose (it was going in the garbage) and Nihad agreed to take a look at it for me. He did an amazing job and it’s as good as new. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I am very grateful. Thank you.
