Nihad at PAIR, was veru upfront and honest about what he could and couldn't do with my Huawei p30. He first completed something on it for free and after our holiday, my dual sim was reading properly. He replaced the part and was quick and efficient. I'd recommend PAIR for any mobile issues/repair. Ask for Nihad. He's a legend.

I had to have my phone fitted with a new battery.
The service was excellent. An issue arose with the repair that was not a fault on Pair Mobile's part. The man I was dealing with could not have been more supportive. He had to order a part for the phone and had the issue resolved within a couple of hours. How you know how good a service is with how they deal when an issue arises.. Full marks here to Liffey Valley PAIR Mobile.

Good costume service!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at PAIR. I bought a charger from them and was assured that I could return it if it wasn't the correct one. However, after just 10 minutes, I found out from another shop that the charger wouldn't work for my device. When I went back to PAIR to return it, they informed me that they don't do refunds and only offer a gift card.

I explained my situation, mentioning that I am only in Ireland for a holiday and won't know when I'll be back. The staff's response was indifferent, simply stating that the gift card doesn't expire. This was extremely frustrating because if I had known about their no-refund policy, I wouldn't have made the purchase in the first place.

Overall, I found the service at PAIR very unhelpful and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend shopping there, especially if you’re not a local resident. Their return policy is misleading, and the staff lacks empathy for customer concerns. Very disappointing.

Given a faulty screen, not correct colour for phone that was put screen for a phone and left waiting over 1.5 hours.
Charged full price for shocking standard.

Heading away in two days with a broken charging port. Was looking to only see what was wrong with the port and get it fixed when I was home. Had the port fixed within 30 seconds and didn’t ask for any compensation for it. Very happy with my experience!
