I suggest you all to shop there, the staff will treat you in the best way they can. I bought in PAIR mobile a power bank when I really needed, it turned out pretty good and of high quality.

They made a dog's breakfast of my phone.
I got treated like dirt when I pointed this out. The changed something, put me to the back of the queue. This happened 3 times. It was dreadful.

Shocking service - I bought a second hand iPhone 12. When I brought it home and turned it on within minutes I could tell there was an issue with the touch. I continued to use it that afternoon and then noticed the battery would decrease over 20% in an hour. I brought the phone back the next day with receipt. The woman I spoke to got it checked and could see there was an issue with it and confirmed the touch was not working correctly. There were 3 people working that day. However she said the manger was not there that day and she could not offer an exchange/refund without her permission and to come back the next day. The 3rd day I arrived back at the shop to get the issue resolved. The manger was there, however mentioned she would need her other technician to look at this and it would take two hours. This was finally looked at again after an hour. However she had to ring an area manager to approve. This phone was faulty and these issues would expected to be picked up in testing. Especially if I could see the issues within moments of using the phone. I Finally received a refund. Hovever this was an extremely disappointing service and very time consuming. The phone should not have been sold, and at least one member of staff should have been authorised to complete this refund on the 2nd day rather than refunding to the shop for a 3rd day in a row.
