Poor customer service and poor quality products
Ordered some dried flowers and they looked nothing like the online picture. The colour was obviously enhanced online and the flowers themselves looked dead and withered. There was also excessive shedding.
I contacted the company to ask for a return/refund.
They agreed after seeing the photo that the flowers were damaged, yet said I had to pay for my own return as it was company policy. I then replied with my customer rights and they didn’t reply. I tried again, and it was clear they did not want to reply.
I ended up claiming through PayPal and got my full refund.
A shame, as if they had just agreed for a free returns, I would have sent the product back and all would have been resolved.

So Fluffy!
Love them! They're so fluffy and have such minimal shedding, they're a lovely accent to my table. Thought they were larger so wish there was a size guide but love them regardless

I’ve order from pampas & bloom 3 times now, each time the quality has been superb! I have no faults packages well & excellent quality. I have tall pampas in a vase on my landing & then black & the white bunny tails in vases.
Will be returning for more once I’ve decided :)

over priced
Unfortunately very over priced, the parcel arrived and the flowers where small and did not match the pictures online. There where hardly any for £58.00!! I did message the shop to let them know I was not satisfied and the woman said that she would try and assist but didn’t offer any help or alternative so I decided to leave a review. I was hoping for a suggestion but nothing was put forward. I have sent the flowers back but not had my refund yet which is disappointing.

I would usually offer a replacement or additional stems when a customer such as yourself is dissatisfied, but in your initial email you stated you’d like a refund so I provided our return address as requested. I offered to help you further, but you then emailed back confirming that you’d be returning the bunch. At this point I wrongly assumed the issue was resolved, I’m sorry if you felt there was something more I could have done.
Thank you for sending your bunch back to us, I received it yesterday. I’m yet to open it & process your refund as I’ve had a busier than normal week this week - unfortunately these things can take more time for small businesses like ours.
