Pampas and Bloom is a lovely dried flower company. It has a wide variety of pampas and vases in lots of different shapes, sizes and colours. The products always come true to the description and the delivery is fast and friendly. They will forever be my go to for pampas!!🤍

So dissatisfied and disappointed! Looks nothing like the photo and is such poor quality! Will not recommend or be buying again! Save your money ! Poor customer service also!

At Pampas & Bloom we are committed to sourcing high quality products and maintaining consistency, but as we deal with completely natural products there can be variation. But with that being said, the product should, of course, resemble what is purchased online.

Disappointed
Good buying process and quick delivery but was disappointed with the product. Purchased pampas grass which looks much thinner than the photo online and is falling apart. Lots came off in the delivery box and getting it into a vase. I’m not familiar with pampas grass and so maybe this is what is expected as it’s very fragile. Looks ok but for 50 pounds I was hoping for better.

Shedding is unfortunately very normal for many pampas variants but I completely understand your concern. This can actually be quickly fixed and prevented by gently spraying with hairspray when they are in a desired position (once the plumes have relaxed).

Excellent customer service, speedy delivery, beautiful packaging. I ordered the natural pampas and they are so fluffy! I think the customer service alone was enough to make me purchase again in the future. You can see that the product was packed with TLC! :)
