What a difference these make to my home - purchased the Pink & Blush Pink Bunny Tails and the Natural Purple Bunch, very very pleased with how they look & the quality of them all. Super speedy delivery & communication via email is brilliant. Will be having a bunch in every room very soon!

Lovely for a gift
Lovely dried flowers for a gift! Only reason not 5 stars is they came wrapped in newspaper which I didn’t think was the most aesthetically pleasing for a gift and one was slightly bent but still look beautiful and arrived so quickly!

Communication sorted in the end
After my emails having gone into the junk mail folder a couple of times, Amelia has been able to help with my returns request which she did so out of hours which was much appreciated. Though one of my pampas reeds had feathers that were a little stuck together this wasn’t the reason for my return - the colour wasn’t quite what I expected, though this wouldn’t prevent me ordering again in the future. Thanks for your help.

I am incredibly saddened to hear you thought your bunch was too small and you were embarrassed to give it as a gift to your Mum on Mother’s Day, as a brand dedicated to bringing joy to the everyday this is completely not our aim.
I can see via your reference number that you have purchased a bunch from our Wild Collection, and these bunches are significantly smaller which is reflected in the price, but I can completely understand your disappointment if you were hoping for something bigger.

I'm so sorry that you thought your bunch would be bigger, I know it is really hard to visualise size from measurements and images on our site (especially if you had a particular vase in mind!), we're currently working on new imagery to manage expectations and try and make sure this doesn't happen again!
