Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service. Was sent 3 ghibli pillows. All terrible quality, and one with completely the wrong colours. Have sent 3 emails in now and all of them have gone unanswered. This was really a waste of money and I would not recommend at all.

As for previous posters, I ordered an item that did not arrive within the delivery timeframe. When I contacted the company a few days later, I was told the item hadn't been sent and wasn't in stock. They offered a refund and initiated this straight away. As this was supposed to be a birthday present, this wasn't entirely satisfactory. Even worse, over a week later, PayPal have sent me a message to say the refund still hasn't been "completed".

Ridiculous
Ridiculous. Ordered products that were then not sent. Contacted customer service twice. No response. Have been refunded but again with no explanation or contact from customer service. Decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt after a previous awful experience. My mistake. Obviously won't be engaging with this company again

Amazing Customer Serivce
I ordered some items for a Birthday, unfortunately they were taking longer than expected and going to miss the day itself. After contacting their customer support they were able to send part of the order that was in stock to arrive in time and even added an extra surprise to make up for the delay. A joy to deal with, would recommend. The quality of their products is amazing too, and the gifts were very well received.

I ordered a funky keyring character called SOOT from Star Kingdom for my daughter, she absolutely loves him 😍😍, and she attached it to her school bag so has great company and fun with him whenever she likes!! Also ordered earbuds again from this company as they are fantastic, excellent and clear sound and volume, and are superb quality, I would truely recommend these items indeed!!! ❤️❤️

Good Quality Products & Outstanding Customer Service
I ordered a birthday gift for our daughter. The item arrived, in good time and of a very high quality. There was an issue with the packaging however, so I emailed the company. I was contacted very quickly by Freddy, the business owner, offering an excellent solution. He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were happy, satisfied customers. It is definitely up there as one of the best customer service experiences that we have received.

Fantastic customer service experience and brilliant products! I placed a rather large order for a varied selection of items and the majority arrived within the stated timescales and perfectly packaged. There was a slight delay with one of the items so I contacted the company via social media. They were apologetic and swiftly resolved the issue.

What an amazing company! I ordered a birthday gift for my mum very last minute (I had been seriously unwell in hospital and so had not been able to buy anything). I messaged Star Kingdom Store customer services to explain my situation, and they went above and beyond in helping me find a resolution so that my mum would get a gift in time. The customer services representative I spoke to was polite, quick to respond, and very professional. And they took time to genuinely ask about how I was, which meant a lot. You don’t find many companies like this anymore, and we need to support them to make sure they last.
So I would definitely recommend buying from Star Kingdom Store. Their products are great, fairly priced, and I would order again just for the fantastic service.

Poor quality and arrived damaged
EDIT: That's a very long reply, but you're still shipping super expensive posters with very poor quality digital files. Avoid this company.

I ordered this on May 7th, it took them a whole week before they shipped it, it FINALLY arrived damaged on June 3rd.
The packaging wasn't sufficient as it arrived crushed and poster inside was ruined.
The poster was very expensive and is made from an extremely low grade original image with a low PPI.
I was refunded finally after posting to trustpilot.

We wish to issue an apology to you again, publicly this time, for not having met your expectations on product quality, packaging, delivery time and customer support. This is the first time, an incident of this nature has occurred in all these years of us serving thousands of customers satisfactorily. Unfortunately, you happened to be on the receiving end of this rare mishap and we are truly sorry for what you had to endure.
Although we pride ourselves on providing first-class customer service and go out of our way to make shopping with us as pleasant an experience as possible, we sadly got it wrong this time, right from the start.
As far as the product quality, packaging, and delivery experience are concerned, the poster was shipped directly from our supplier with a delay. We do accept that the one you received was indeed of poor quality and arrived in a damaged condition. Post your feedback on this medium, we have temporarily dropped the product along with the supplier from our catalogue while we are thoroughly investigating the reason behind the lapse in quality.
As communicated with proof in our most recent email exchange with you, some of your later emails have unfortunately landed in our junk folders for reasons unbeknown. Thus they couldn’t be answered making it seem as if they have been ignored which is strictly against our customer support policy of replying to ALL queries in one business day.
As you rightly mentioned, it was indeed your Trustpilot review that brought the whole issue to light. But it has already been too late by then. Although there is no fair way to undo an unpleasant experience like this, we immediately did whatever we could, sending you a full apology, a 100% refund and an additional cash voucher as partial compensation for the inconvenience, disappointment and terrible service.
