Incredible dedication to customer service
Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had ordered a Christmas present from my son, which was dispatched promptly. There were a number of issues with the courier, but the staff at Star Kingdom were very friendly, personable, and went above and beyond to help, ensuring that the package eventually arrived. And when it appeared that the package may have been lost, they even sent a gift for my son using a different courier to make sure he didn't miss out. I know from my own experience that, at the minute, busy couriers are causing businesses a lot of problems, and I don't hold Star Kingdom accountable for the courier's shortcomings. So I can't commend them enough for taking responsibility for the courier they used, and going to the lengths they did to ensure that I was a happy customer. Will definitely order from them again.

A UK business that really cares
Really impressed with the customer service!! I ordered a foot warmer as a Christmas gift and changed my mind over which one to have after I ordered, I emailed and received and immediate response (on a Saturday night) from Luke who sorted it out for me straight away. The foot warmer is lovely quality really soft and warm and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely buy from Star Kingdom Store again, delivery was quick, communication brilliant and all with a lovely personal touch.

Amazing customer service!
This company have the most excellent customer service I've ever come across! When my parcel took longer than expected they replied straight away with updated info for when it would be delivered after tracking with the courier. When it arrived it was a great product but sadly broke after a couple of days. Again my email was replied to immediately, even at such a busy time of year and once I provided photos I was giving a full refund. They send such lovely, friendly emails. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Worth Five Stars Plus
There are not many businesses that deserve 5 Stars. However, in dealing with Luke at Star Kingdom, I have found the company to be honest, caring and of value. I honestly do believe that they want their customers to appreciate their services and in offering such services they have proved in doing so.
I am extremely happy with the product that I have had from Star Kingdom and the service offered.
Will I be back, certainly.
I ordered their Magical Willow Tree Vine Lights and they are just stunning.

A very customer centric business, Fred has a great range of electric home gadgets and toys for all ages. I really like the animal gloves, they are ever so cuddly and warm and a great deal of fun. Something a bit different for a Christmas present. Competitive pricing and great service, what's not to like.

5* customer service. Perfection.
I bought the largest Totoro and was really disappointed with it when it arrived understuffed. However when I wrote a review about it, they reached out and refunded me and have been in contact on an almost daily basis regarding the other items I ordered. I was away while expecting the remainder of my order and Luke from Star Kingdoms very kindly got in touch with Evri so that my order wouldn't get sent back.
The customer service from this company is first class and unlike any other. Nothing is too much bother for them.
The website holds many items but even better that they sell Studio Ghibli items! The blanket I purchased is amazing and I shall be putting it onto my wall. I'm Totoro mad so they were the first items I ordered.
I will definitely be ordering again purely on the fact of their customer service. Luke feels like a brother to me after our emails and you won't get that from a huge company.

Ordered a magical night light!
Ordered a magical night light for my granddaughter’s birthday - but unfortunately this got lost in the post. Luke sent a little present for me to give her, whilst he tried to locate the original order.
However, when it was verified that the delivery company could find no trace of it ever being delivered a new light was despatched.
I’ve just received it today and I’m sure my granddaughter will be delighted with it.
I was gutted that the original did not arrive in time for my granddaughter’s birthday, but can’t blame Star Kingdom for that. Customer service has been absolutely excellent, many thanks.
