Amazing and lovely customer service
customer service is so wonderful. i placed an order around the 29th of january and asked for help when it didnt arrive around the due date. the team was so lovely and asked if i would want a refund or a replacement, and i asked for a replacement. with the current status of royal mail it was again delayed and they refunded me the postage charge, and sent out a free gift to apologise, neither of which they had to do. everything arrived in perfect condition today, and im so grateful for all their help !

I bought the 30cm smiley Totoro for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. It's beautiful and soft. The customer service was also amazing and helped me to sort out an issue with the delivery address, so Totoro made it to my girlfriend's home fast!

Excellent customer service and really good quality products. We had a problem with an item ordered as a Christmas present that hadn't turned up (it was a very important gift and courier Evri were very unreliable in December so I was getting worried about it) and the people at Star Kingdom were brilliantly proactive and kind about the situation and sorted the whole problem out so the gift was with me in time for Christmas and all was well! I have already recommended Star Kingdom to friends and will continue to shop here. A good find!

Can not fault the service. My item arrived on time and was fantastic quality. Unfortunately the plush toy was a bit too stuffed so the seam opened. I emailed the company with a photo and about 30 minutes later I received a reply saying very sorry we will send out a replacement. They sent me a tracking number and it’s just arrived. I didn’t need to send back the broken one either which was great to not have that hassle. Would 100% recommend! Shout out to Luke Matthews from customer support for a fab experience.

Amazing customer service after hiccups
Amazing customer service.
So this starts off all wrong but ends up brilliant. I ordered a xmas present over a month and after Christmas later it hadn't arrived assuming due to strikes. Emailed customer service who were amazing and said would send out a new one express delivery. Item arrived but wasn't item I ordered before I could email they emailed me to ask if I had received and if everything was OK. After letting them know item. Was wrong. They apologised personally packed my item with some extras to say sorry plus let me keep previous item even though I was ready to send it back. Again they emailed me the afternoon my item was deli ered to check if everything was OK. I haven't had customer service this good in a very long time. Well done guys you are brilliant.

Exceptional customer service
I am so thrilled to have found such a wonderful online shop full of quirky things and brilliant customer service.
I was looking for a Totoro plushie to surprise my girls with an early Christmas present to see My Neighbour Totoro show at the Barbican Theatre, and had left it quite late before I thought of doing it! I cheekily contacted the company to see if they could get the toy out to me earlier than it said on the website, and amidst all of the postal strikes, they pushed my order through quickly and I received it next day delivery which I was so amazed and grateful for.
Luke was one of the friendliest, kind and helpful customer service contacts I have ever dealt with, and I made sure to tag the company in my Instagram photos as it wouldn't have been the same without our plushie. I have told all my friends about the company and will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar item and service.
Thanks Star Kingdom for making our theatre experience extra special!

Excellent customer service! They were very responsive and really went above and beyond to help when there was an issue with the courier. One of the agents took the case on as his own and did everything he could to progress the order. Sadly, part of our order did not arrive for Christmas, despite Star Kingdom's best efforts. However, I was offered a discount on the order, and a discount and free courier upgrade on future orders. Can't say fairer than that, especially as the fault was with the courier, not Star Kingdom.

What an amazing experience ordering with this company. I ordered my daughter a Christmas present but my package was delayed by the courier company (absolutely not the company’s fault). When I reached out to the company they went above and beyond following up with the couriers and even sent me a next day delivery replacement to ensure my daughter got her gifts for Christmas. The toys are amazing too - in all honesty in my years of shopping online I have never seen this level of customer care! Thank you so much

Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company. Huge selection and totally above and beyond in terms of customer service. There was a problem regarding the delivery times for my order (fault of the delivery company) and to ensure my niece and nephew got their presents in time for Christmas Luke was on the online chat at 11pm sorting me out a replacement order sent with next day delivery which arrived well in time. Honestly could not be more grateful to him and will 100% use Star Kingdom again in the future. Really excellent experience.

Best customer service I've seen from an online retailer
I'd read that Star Kingdom had a great range of unusual products that you couldn't find anywhere else, and this was obvious from the website. What I hadn't expected was the top-notch customer service as well.
Star Kingdom dispatched 4 of my 5 items, but forgot to include the last one. Within a few minutes Luke had responded to my complaint, said he'd send the missing item by courier, and included a couple of small free gifts to apologise. That really wasn't necessary Luke, but was great anyway.
In a world where so much is bought from just a few big online stores, we need Star Kingdom to thrive and grow, while retaining the ethos Luke and his team have set up. Give them a try and be as impressed as I am.
