Earlier this month, I shopped with Star Kingdom Store for the first time. The item I needed to order (a Totoro plushie toy) was urgently needed for a party I was throwing for my babies' 1st and 2nd joint birthday party. It was a tight order date before the party but Star Kingdom Store went above and beyond to reassure me that I would receive my item in time. They did not disappoint and even included a free gift. Thank you for all your help and I will definitely shop with your company again!

I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service from Star Kingdom I had to send an item back as it was not suitable for myself (it was a high quality product don't get me wrong I purchased two and kept the other one) Anyway, they got back to me straight away, I got my refund as soon as they received the item and I got my postage refunded also. The items came well packaged and were as described. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you for sticking to your word and getting back to me so promptly.

I recently won a prize in a competition they ran and the service was excellent. They contacted me straight away to advise I had won the rocket lamp on FB and messaged me to tell me when it was being sent. The prize came within a few days and the product was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Amazing company. I ordered a product and i received 2 more products like a gift being a new customer !

I had never heard of this company, and now wish that I had purchased Christmas lights from a more honest and reputable one. There was a problem with delays from the beginning and they blamed the courier, but didn't do anything at all until I complained. As far as I can see we are going into the third week and I am minus my money, but have still not received my order. It just isn't good enough. Would they like it if went to them and took a product, and then said I would pay for it in a few weeks time? They have now told me that I have to wait for the order- goodness knows how long - then contact Hermes to send the lights back, and when they have received them they will issue a refund. What a fiasco! This is a warning to all potential customers. Do not buy from Star Kingdom because if there is a problem you will be waiting while they have your money. I should have realised this was a tin pot firm when there is only a mobile number given for contact. Avoid them like the plague!!!

Star Kingdom have been an exceptional company to deal with! When one of my son's birthday presents didn't arrive in time for me to post on to him in Leeds, Star Kingdom offered to refund me my delivery costs so I could use the money to post the present on to my son when I received it. They offered this of their own accord and it was a really nice gesture! Great company and very fast in responding!

I ordered two lots of plant waterers but only one arrived. A quick email to Star Kingdom and everything was rectified smoothly and efficiently, they even sent me an extra set of waterers 😊 product quality was great, service even better

Son suddenly announced all he wanted was a remote control shark for his birthday - finally found one & star kingdom couldn’t of been anymore helpful when I messaged regarding shipping times, they heard it was my sons birthday that week so they shipped out 1st class as soon as possible! Couldn’t of asked for a better service!

I bought a piece for my desk while working from home to help keep my home office more tidy and it is perfect! It was so affordable and it came in about a week, considering it was shipped is really amazing and amidst the pandemic.
I messaged their customer service and I've never recieved such wonderful communication from an e-commerce brand before. I couldn't help but send them a photo of my product when it arrived!
They said they're new so I really hope they do well!

Amazing company. I ordered a product for Christmas and it was sent a few weeks before. However, they sent via Hermes and my local courier decided to mark it as delivered without actually delivering it. When I contacted the customer service they sent another one out free of charge with a different company. Thanks especially to Freddie who I spoke to throughout. The product itself is great too.
