I ordered several drums for my grandchildren and great granddaughter, then I decided that I would like one too.

It is one of my favorite musical instruments. So easy to use and has very soothing sounds. It is the 2nd Panda Drum I ordered this year!

Panda drum pro is a wonderful instrument. Beautiful soothing sounds and so peaceful. Im using the drum with the 50 pro songs for meditation. A beautiful looking instrument too. I highly recommend panda drum pro to anyone looking for a beautiful peaceful way to meditate and enter a state of calm.

I purchased the Panda Pro. The G was a little flat but all other notes beautiful clear spiritual. I notified the company. Upon hearing my G they agreed and are sending me a new one. And I can keep the other. Which I will donate bWhat an excellent company. They truly stand behind their drums and even with the flat G. I have enjoyed the drum. A company you can trust A drum u can enjoy and leave your stress behind. Thank you

30 days post shipment and product not delivered tracking number does not work in their system. I have no idea if and when it will arrive. I have never done business with a company that provides false information on shipping times. I ordered the drum for my grandsons birth day. Disappointed to say the least. I plan to write to the Better Business Bureau and talk to my attorney after reading many similar reviews. Order date was listed as January 2026 and as of Feb 17th I have only received a message that it is on its way. Tracking number is useless.

Love listening to the tones of this drum. I leave it out and it is a joy to hear my grandchildren play it. Soothing to all of us.

I am absolutely amazed by the superior level of service I received from the customer support rep, Harvey Smith, of Panda Drum. He responded to my request quickly, solved my problem with an actual solution and literally stayed in my inbox until after the product was delivered, to ensure that the product was delivered to my satisfaction. In all my 30 years of being an adult, I had never had such amazing service....especially online....like this before. Please give this man a raise and place him in the highest level possible in your organization because it is clear that he truly CARES for the customer. As an HR professional, I can attest to this as a soft skill that absolutely cannot be trained and one that, over time and repetition, can make or break the reputation of an organization. I’m so happy to buy a panda drum. Because the reason was my husband was in the hospital fighting with cancer I think if he listen the drum sounds maybe he would feel better. Yeah it works good decision I made by buying the drum. when my son started to play the drum my husband calm down his pain and asked to play the drum too. That moment made me feel happy and the most important part of the moment was when my husband decided to forget his pain with panda drums music.

I believe my mallots are working as they should. I am having so much fun with my new Panda drum. Practice makes perfect so I look forward to the time when I can try harder songs (like Sounds of Silence).

The sounds are absolutely beautiful. Very easy to make peaceful music. Toned perfectly. I gave my drum to my daughter and bought the next size bigger for myself, the 15 tone. I absolutely love it. Thank you sooomuch for creating this wonderful instrument.

It was a birthday gift for my oldest grandson. He and his fiance LOVED it! My grandson is into making computer music and has several albums on Spotify (NRV). I think he will add the Panda Drum to his next album. It is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the Pro for my wife and was very impressed by the quality of the drum. It came with a case that rivals most of the nicer soft case manufactures, a song book to get started and some pretty decent mallets to start out. The tone is clear and projects well for the size of the drum and is very comfortable to use with the shallow shape vs other Pan drums I’ve seen. Aside from the excellent quality of the drum itself I was lucky enough to have made a mistake in picking the correct color of drum when I ordered it, and reached out to customer service to change the color before they shipped it out. I got a reply within the same day and they went above and beyond to make it happen and kept me informed through the process. I haven’t encountered this level of care from any company that I’ve ordered any product from. The whole experience was impressive and I would highly recommend this drum/company to anyone!

Still learning all the note placements, but my 7-year-old granddaughter is visiting, and she saw it and immediately wanted to try playing it and was immediately able to play the most beautiful melody's. I love it. I have been under a lot of stress, and the tone is very calming... better than taking pills!

Gift for 8 yr old granddaughter who loved it and engaged her quickly. Think it has the potential for many aspects of development—musical appreciation and performing, creativity, memory, persistence, eye-hand skills, dealing with various emotions,etc etc

While the communication between Sarah Evans and her team was fantastic, have to applaud her for also taking care of my friend's case received with a broken zipper. She just received a hard case in place. However a downside is waiting for shipment. Sarah mentioned there are 3 locations, U.S., Norway and China. We both lucked out with China (was not given a choice) and had to wait 16 business days to receive.
