We had a shipping issue and Sarah jumped in and resolved it very quickly. She was responsive, professional and empathetic to our needs. In addition, the drums are very high quality and will make excellent gifts for our grandchildren. Very satisfied.

I was somewhat a little hesitant about ordering from a company that I wasn't familiar with but after getting my Panda Drum it was worth the worry. This will be a Christmas gift to my granddaughter....she will love it.

Took my Panda drum up into the Angeles Crest for some relaxing time away from civilization. The gentle sound of the D minor tuning combined with the breeze in the trees, the sound of water trickling down below, and the occasional crow coming to investigate made this a memorable trip to the mountains.

Customer service addressed all concerns right away. They were kind, informative, professional, and responsive. I received the Panda Drum pro, and it's a very high quality product that has exceeded my expectations. It's a beautiful instrument that my family will enjoy for years!

I received my two panda drum minis today for my grandsons Christmas gift. They sound great, however the print on both of the drums is barely readable, more so the blue than the red one. For the money I spent, I do expect it to look like it does on the website.

Response to this is that they reached out to me several times with no response. I did respond and was told to put stickers on the drums to cover the light print. Sorry this is not acceptable for the cost of the drums, nor will the stickers last with kids. Returning the drums!

I truthfully must say my experiance with a Panda Drum order was a no star but the tale is worth the telling.
I was filling out an on line order and could not find info about how the drums are shipped clicking send and unable to get back in to changs the shipping which had dafaulted to my physical address. My physical address is out in the Sawtooth National Forest in Idaho- No mail delivery unless a delivery service like FedEx or UPS instructed to go directly to rural delivery and not dumped at the Ketchum post office ( zip 83340) where it is returned to sender ( in this case China)- because we do not have a Post Office box in Ketchum. We do have one in Sun Valley( 83353) The package was not going to Frankie but was destined to go back to China. I could also not find any customer service email or phone on the website to quickly correct the mailing address- i tried going to the Ketchum PO to ask them to check for the package which tracking finally said it was on was to Idaho. But they are understaffed and don’t do that. If no PO box noted on the address it gets returned. Ireached out to Panda finally getting a customer service person . Emma was compassionate and willing to help. First she gave me a # to troubleshot us mail deliveries. That was a dead end as they cannot change addresses in route . I have togo back into my emails to check dates but my order was placed-around Oct 24 With a 5-8 day delivery time. This could not happen since the address was wrongly noted ( this by me as i never could get address corrected before it shipped! Or after it shipped! I sent numerous emails to Panda Drum from the same day i ordered the drum. The shipping was following it but from Ketchum it was again moving across the US and over the sea. Finally after reaching Emma with my pleas she said she would get the drum ( still not sure if it was different drum or the traveling drum ) she did some magic and it did arrive to Frankie in Carpinteria Ca on last Friday! A whole month later! I am so glad a person like Emma was there to sort out the shipping mess. Now when i go to Panda Drum I do find service #s and shipping info. Thank you for getting the little drum to Frankie! The family is gathering in Colorado for Thanksgiving and i hope they bring the drum so i can hear her play it!

We love them. We bought another bundle, so that we have two of t he middle size drum, so we can play them together with the same numbers and positions. We are waiting for the second bundle to arrive. They are beautiful and fun to play. Very easy t o learn. We plan to use them as special music in church.

The sound is mesmerizing. Playing it takes me out of myself and gives me an awareness of the positive energy that surrounds me.

I never received a shipping notice for my panda drum, so I contacted them. The customer service agent said it had not been shipped yet, in spite of being past the projected shipping window. I asked when it would be shipped and she said she didn't know. I asked if it would be here in time for Christmas, and she said maybe or maybe not. It sounded fishy, so I sent a request to cancel the order, to which no reply has ever been received.....

Update: Nov 24. The CEO of Panda Drum contacted me on Nov 17 after I posted this review. He said the AI they were using for Customer Service made a mistake, and gave me incorrect information. He also stated that my drum would be shipped soon. It ended up being delayed a couple days but he let me know that as well and it ended up arriving on Nov 24 after all.
I was pleased with the quick response to my concerns, and his followup afterwards. The drum arrived in great shape and we will be playing with it on Christmas Eve! Thank you Panda Drum! My faith is restored.

My experience with Panda Drum got off to a bit of a rough start but ended up being literally THE best shopping / customer service experience I have ever had...

I ordered a white Panda Drum as a gift for a family member's birthday. Unfortunately, I misunderstood, "Ships in 4-8 days" to mean that I would receive it in 4-8 days, & I didn't read any further about the shipping timelines, which can be long. What it actually means is that the drum will be shipped from the warehouse in 4-8 days - be sure to check the actual delivery timelines if you're on a gifting deadline like I was.

Many days later I didn't have my drum, so I checked the shipping tracker. I saw that it had been shipped, progressed through various points in China, & had arrived in NY, with updates to the shipping status approximately every 8 to 12 hours, no more than 24 hours apart. After arriving in NY, though, there were no additional updates - for 4 whole days. It was like it had vanished into thin air, somewhere at the NY shipping / receiving center.

I reached out to customer support via email, frustrated by the lengthy delivery time frame & especially concerned that the package had not moved for 4 days since arriving in the US. I had a similar - awful - experience last year with a different company (NOT panda drum) that was just like this, so that had me immediately thinking this was going to be a long, painful process trying to get it resolved.

But to my great surprise, customer support responded quickly & my issue was escalated to a wonderful customer specialist, Emma, within 24 hours.

Let me tell you - she was absolutely wonderful!!! She responded quickly to every email, tracked my package, and when it hadn't moved an inch in 8 days (lost somewhere in NY), she arranged to have another drum Fed Ex'd to me from a US warehouse. It arrived 3 days later!! She even offered me an additional discount for my trouble & processed it back to my credit card immediately after it arrived!!

Emma was pleasant, kind - honestly, delightful to work with! She seemed genuinely happy to help me AND she resolved my issue quickly! Truly, I cannot give a glowing enough review to express how I feel about this experience - which seems kind of crazy because it arrived long past my gifting deadline & I had to find a different gift. BUT, in the process I had an amazing experience with a lovely person and a great company, PLUS I now get to keep / enjoy the panda drum for myself - I love it, it's beautiful & has gorgeous tones (and I probably would never have spent the money on myself)!

I gave the Panda Drum to my granddaughter today and she absolutely loves it! I’m so happy with it and that it made her happy and she loves it! She’s 6 years old today and it was her birthday present from me. Thank you Panda for making my granddaughter so happy! They handled an issue quickly and went out of their way to ensure I received my grandson's drum in time for his birthday. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Initially I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation or anything for a week. But once I brought it to their attention they expedited it and I received it quickly. My granddaughter loves it. Thank you 🙏🏽

I received my Panda Drum today. While I appreciate the CEO, Marek, personally following up and ensuring delivery, the shipping process took 16 days for an item listed as “in stock” with 3–4 day shipping. The tracking was confusing, and the carrier was not the one advertised.
Overall, the resolution was handled very well, and I’m grateful for the attentive communication, but the misrepresentation and slow fulfillment mean the company still has work to do on transparency and shipping consistency.

There was a minor glitch with my order, which can happen anytime. The customer service was above and beyond what I have experienced with most businesses. Their responses were prompt, courteous, and helpful. These folks want you to be happy with your panda drum. And I am!! So happy with my purchase!

We all love our new panda drum, especially my 2 grandsons! One of them is on the spectrum and he seems very at peace, focused and so happy when he's playing it. My new granddaughter loves the sound of it and drifts off to sleep peacefully when we play it softly for her.

I bought the biggest drum in black and it's stunningly beautiful! I'm really thrilled with my purchase and this will be a family heirloom!
