I ordered this drum Oct. 12. It is October 28th and still no drum.

Follow up: After posting this review the CEO of the company reached out to me with an apology and made sure my refund was issued. He also sent my order at no charge to me, even though I said the refund would suffice. The drum is very nice and does have a lovely sound, just like it sounds in their advertising videos. I want to clarify that I was not asked to change my review but have chosen to because this is a lovely product. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 star but am keeping my original review here because of all the effort it took to finally get the company to take action. Hopefully my experience will help them improve their systems and their customer service.

Think before you purchase!! They told me my order had shipped and provided a delivery date. When that date past I contacted them. Found out my order haven't even been filled yet. Most of my emails were respond to by a bot, their email response came within seconds of me sending my emails. Too quick for a real person. So I asked for a refund and they claimed they refunded my card but it hasn't hit my account, it's been over 5 business days! They keep stringing me along!! This has all the earmarks of a scam!! I will have to take action to get my credit card to reverse the charges and plan to report them to the BBB and if needed to the FTC.

My experience was made GREAT by the exceptional customer service staff, in particular Julie Sarah Davies in their customer support department. Every email was answered within 12 hours. I had a several issues I’ve had to contact her about. She was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to insure my questions were answered and my issues were addressed. One issue being that I was devastated to find out that my panda drum order arrived, but was returned. Most likely because I gave them my post office physical address and I assume they didn’t realize this post office accepts packages. I email her and she replied within 12 hours! Sarah promptly contacted them with another address I provided her with. My order is now being shipped again and will be delivered within a week. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing business with this company! You will be glad you did!

Wonderful company to deal with. I'm 82 years old and it was wonderful to email back and forth with a real person! I explained my problem and they fixed it immediately.

There was some confusion with my order and it turned out to be on my part. The company responded immediately to my inquiry with promptness. After discovering my mistake, the company responded with respect and understanding.

Customer service was terrific, product is beautiful. I'm looking forward to becoming a proficient player, I hope it will provide tranquility for a long time to come. Emma, the representative is very helpful..Thank you.

Outstanding support over several days when I had trouble with delivery to a locked apartment building. My granddaughter is delighted with the drum, and I'm enjoying it, too.

I had some issue with the product . But because of their customer support, it all worked out well.
Diane was handling my case. She took great care of me, tried to understand the problem, and acted quickly and professionally. I was very impressed .

I have purchased four (4) Panda Drums and have been very pleased with them. I bought them initially for my special needs son who loves music but is very quiet. I bought more so that we could play together as a family and have found them to be very calming and relaxing. The Drum has greatly helped my son to express himself and be more creative.
The only suggestion I have is to make readily available more hard copy music books. I have no way to print any digital books. I bought three and can not use them at all.
This was a fantastic purchase and would recommend them to everyone. We love them.

After some hiccups with my order customer service reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. Great product and outstanding customer service. Thank you everyone that assisted to expedite and correct this order.

Have yet to receive order or shipping information. Sent two emails inquiring about my order. No response, no phone number, no human. Thinking I have been scammed of almost 100.00 dollars. Proceed with caution and warning about Panda Drum. Today is October 20th I placed my order on October 5th, 2025. States shipping in 4 to 8 days.

I need to update a review that I wrote hastily when I ordered 2 PDF books. They responded quickly and refunded a purchase that I made in error. Great customer service!!

The PANDA DRUM was pleasant surprise with its sound quality and product quality. The only disappointment is the song book and the extremely small print, making it impossible to read clearly and easily.

Christmas gift for my college age granddaughter. It looks very nice and all the accessories are well made and welcomed.

I have been doing round the clock care for my dying father and bought the panda drum to help ease some of the stress which accompanied this situation. Unfortunately the drum was damaged in shipping. Anna Reynolds and I emailed back and forth multiple times to find a solution. I am beyond impressed with the concern and support I was given. To say they care about the customer and not just the money from a sale would be an understatement. In this day and age it is very unusual for me to receive such outstanding support and I would highly recommend them as a reputable company which puts the customer’s satisfaction first. Thank you Anna for all your help.

Love the panda drum, I'm learning lots of songs. I wish there were more variety of music books with popular songs, although I notice the focus on children's and Christmas songs.

Julie Sara Davies, you did more than listen thru my text, you heard my soul. May everything you put your energy into be 100% success. Because of you I have felt like somebody heard me. My precious neighbor violently died against the roots of trees coming down the mountain like monsters. So many here died like that. So many homeless vets floated down the Swannanoa river along with buildings. I will remember your soul when I get to play in the woods with nature. May your soul live forever for not only listening but hearing. Be well

Diane was beyond courteous and helpful. She helped me, an inexperienced online shopper, cancel an order I shouldn’t have placed. She never made me feel stupid or tried to talk me into something I wanted to cancel. Kudos to her!

The Panda drum, itself, is incredible. The tones are so calming and beautiful. I have zero musical ability so it is rewarding for me that I can make the most beautiful music on Panda! When I play it outside, I feel that all of Nature is appreciating it. Those who work for Panda must play the Panda because they are so responsive and kind. So special to have that individual attention in today's world.

I play my drum for myself but also for my horses who go into a meditative state. It's just really peaceful for all of us!
