I love it so much. It’s so easy to play and you can make the most relaxing music with it. It helps me decompress after hard days at work and brings me an inner peace that I need. The best purchase ever. Thank you Panda Drum.

The blue drum is perfect. The yellow drum is brown but Panda Drum made sure that the situation was rectified. Excellent customer service

Just got the drums. Their quality is astounding- the carrying cases themselves are easily worth $50.
I think this is the first Instagram ad I ever went for where the product exceeded my expectations. Quality is off the charts, and the small touches like the knitted muting caps for the mallets and the elegant stitching around the drum, to the perfect paint finish.
I am over the moon with my purchase, and will tell anybody who will listen just how great these drums are!!

The kind people at Panda Drum promptly shipped a replacement when my hubby's Christmas present was lost in the mail. Then, they were right there for us when he was having trouble getting the hang of it.

I see the raves on line, but I certainly cannot rave about customer service. On Sept. 10, I ordered 2 drums and the bands for 2 grandsons, brothers.
It three weeks to get one and the other only arrived after emailing “where is it?”.
Then I received one band with a comment that the other was back ordered.
Finally two months later the other band arrived stating that the bands that hold the decorative bands in place.
Finally, on Christmas Eve ONE band showed up.
I immediately requested the second with Erin Collins, the agent signing each email apologizing for the ridiculously
bad service.!
When my boys opened their gifts, one had felt pads on his drum sticks and stickers for enhancing the recognition of the notes. The other boys accessory bag had both of those missing.
I immediately shot off another email requesting those items and a second band.
An email was sent promising the missing items. Now, 2 weeks later, nothing has been received.
I had never had any such horrid, apathetic response for any other purchase in my 78 years.
I cannot endorse or recommend this company.
The instrument is nice, but buy from anyone else.

Ordered and paid for four drums 12/4/25. As of 1/9/26 the order is still missing two drums. Their communication and tracking is frustrating. Don’t buy from them.
After posting this review we were contacted via email and did receive all drums. The quality of the product is high and did meet our expectations. However the shipping and tracking is subpar.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old Great -niece. She loves music in all forms, and is trying many instruments like her older sister did. When she heard the music from the Panda drum ad, she was mesmerized... totally relaxed. Can't wait to surprise her in December!

I am a certified Crystal Master and certified Crystal Master Herbalist. I had to have this for sound therapy. Very glad I did! Love the sound and how clear it is. Also very calming! Very excited to get better at playing amazing little drum

I ordered the family bundle of 3 drums and only received one drum today. The tracking email I received upon shipment stated all three drums were shipped. I emailed the company and advised them I only received one drum. They responded and I was told "your case is being transferred to a specialist who will look into the missing items and get this sorted for you as soon as possible".......... I am hoping this gets resolved right away. I have a picture of the package showing the size as well as the shipping label listing the weight of 5.665881lbs. Clearly there is no way three drums shipped in this package. I will update this review once it is resolved. I also had no idea this was shipping from China until I received my tracking email.

**UPDATE** Customer service went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend

I ordered the drum for my husband as a Christmas present. I was concerned it would arrive before the big day. I contacted Panda with my concern. I received immediate feedback and they stayed in contact until I received my drum. My husband is enjoying the drum even more than I imagined. Several guests have enjoyed also. Panda was professional, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend them. Great to do business with, quality product. Smiles all around.

I wanted a simple musical instrument that I could play spontaneously, without a lot of setup, and the Panda Drum has worked well for me. It lives on a table where I can just pick up the sticks and play soothing sounds or figure out how to play songs. It's just what I was looking for!

It was a birthday gift for my 13-year-old grandson, and he absolutely loves it. He's such a sweetheart that he shares it with his brother and sister, and they love it, too! They Facetimed me and played for me the next day - so beautiful!

I’m leaving a 5 star rating due to Panda’s impressive customer support. My Panda Pro arrived with a tuning defect, but after I contacted support, the resolution was efficient and quick with zero hassle and friendly communication. The replacement drum is perfect. I love the sound and so does my furry friend!

We had a shipping issue that was handled immediately and so very kindly by Michaela. I can’t wait to hear what my son says about the drum. I’m very excited to have him receive it as a Christmas gift. I will up date this review after that but I expect joy and gratefulness to be my feeling.

I ordered 2 drums almost a month in advance of Christmas. While their customer service always very promptly answered my emails they weren’t able to give a firm delivery date. Eventually it became obvious the drums wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas so I cancelled my order. They immediately refunded my payment. This review is written to share that Panda Drum has excellent customer service.

I ordered a Panda Drum for my granddaughter the weekend of Black Friday. My account has been duly debited, but when I went to track the order they had no record of it. I contacted them, and at first I had detailed and timely responses from "Aimee." But eventually "Aimee" ran out of steam and said she was referring me to "a human."

No human has come on the scene and it has now been a week. Christmas is one week from today, and I won't have this cool gift for my granddaughter.

I'm contacting my bank's fraud department when they open, and I guess I'll try to get a similar item from Amazon.

UPDATE 12/22/2025
Lo and behold, my Panda Drum arrived this evening--24 days after I ordered it. This is 3x the promised delivery time, but it is here before Christmas. Of course, I had already ordered a similar drum on Amazon.

I'll go ahead and raise my rating to two stars. If the drum works out well--and the communication with this company improves--I may raise it again later. I spent an awful lot of time pursuing this, for the sake of my granddaughter, and I'm still grumpy.

UPDATE 12/23/25
I just received an email from the CEO of Panda Drum, who had been trying to reach me since Friday. The problem was my Shop account, which had the wrong name on it and the wrong email address. I have a friend with dementia, for whom I am POA. I must have ordered her something a while back using that account. So my debit card was charged, but confirmation went to her email address, which I rarely check. Not Panda's fault. So the order did take longer than the promised eight days, but the CEO personally made sure the drum would reach me by Christmas. He even offered me a full refund, which I declined.

I ordered two Panda Drums because there was a deal on purchasing two, and I planned to give one to my nephew as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, only one drum was delivered.

Customer support stated the order shipped in two packages, but after checking the tracking and confirming with neighbors, only one package was ever received. As of now, the second item is still missing.

This was disappointing, especially since the purchase was made specifically to take advantage of a promotion and to have a gift ready for Christmas. I hope the company resolves this promptly, but buyers should be aware of potential fulfillment issues.

The drum arrived. I am thrilled. I did not open it, much as I wanted to, because I want her to have the fun of opening the package fresh. I wrapped it in sturdy christmas wrap and mailed it today from my local post office. It will arrived well before Christmas.
