It arrived well packed - second to none.

Really good service and a quality product

Great product and great service.
There was an issue with our delivery being short by one panel but the team were fantastic at getting that out to us as quickly as possible.

Great product and delivery guy really helpful unloading.

After searching for large Georgian style panelling boards I came across panelling direct and gosh am I happy that I did! Not only was the service incredibly smooth with a super fast turn around and lovely delivery driver bringing the boards into my home but the product itself is top notch. The quality, craftsmanship and materials are second to non. Such a simple way to add character to a space, I will 100% be ordering from them again!

Product was as described. Some of the cladding was damaged but you've got to expect this with a natural product, so I made sure I ordered a bit more than I needed. Cladding look amazing! Communication excellent. Delivery on time and driver helpful and courteous. Thanks!

I ordered Shaker-style wall paneling for my daughter’s bedroom, but the experience fell short of expectations. I was surprised to receive individual MDF strips rather than pre-assembled panels; it wasn’t clear to me that the wall itself acts as the backing.
> While I am quite handy, the project was further complicated by several issues: I was one upright strip short, forcing me to reduce the panel count and repurpose horizontal pieces to finish the job. Additionally, the dado rail I ordered was omitted entirely, requiring a separate trip to B&Q. To top it off, the provided adhesive and filler were old and solid, rendering them unusable.
To the company’s credit, they reimbursed me for the missing and faulty items without question, and I was able to make the paneling look good in the end. However, given the price and the hassle, I would likely just cut the strips myself next time. I wish the business well, but the overall experience wasn't great.

Delighted with the service I received from Panelling Direct. They kept me informed about my order and it arrived well packaged and on time. The panelling I ordered has a white side which is pre-treated so did not need an undercoat. It has transformed my tired conservatory.

Great product, great comms. Lovely people to deal with.

Very easy to negotiate the website and easy to order the excellent quality wood.very good communication,

8 days after the order they still hadn't contacted me to arrange delivery as promised, so I rang them on the Thursday. They said they would deliver it the following Monday. That didn't happen. So I had to ring them again. Delivery finally happened 2 weeks after the order went in. Only because I chased it, not proactive at all. Product itself is fine.

The whole experience with panelling direct was positive from measuring and ordering the panels on line and fixing them with clear instructions. They look great and give a aesthetic finish between the lounge and kitchen.

Very good quality delivered on time. Would have given 5 stars but delivery wasn’t carried out to instruction and was left outside.

I recently bought Pine Matchboard V-Groove from panelling direct.

Not only was the order delivered late, when I unpacked the wood, to start the job, the quality was terrible. The tongue and groove would not line up, the primed surface was rough and warped. The final look would have been awful.

As a result, I have stopped the job and will now have to buy better quality product from elsewhere.

Shockingly bad.

I am in Southampton great service phoned up for advice .They sorted me out delivery perfect many thanks les

the item seemed in stock when i ordered but i was soon told they were out of stock for the item i wanted and twice weeks apart they were unable to give me any idea when stock would return. they tried to replace with a different item but it wasn't what i ordered. when i cancelled the order they were helpful but i only got a partial refund with no explanation why it wasnt a full refund. v disappointed but have found a cheaper better alternative so it worked out in the end.

Excellent, friendly service

Good communication, however couldn't get a dark enough grey stain on the panlling for me, but was offered an alternative, which worked out to be better.

Panels are great and packaging
However delivery was terrible had to chase 3 times cost £44 delivery for just 2 panels
Customer service was difficult best way was to leave a what’s app chat
