Easy ordering and great delivery time
Really easy to order and panels were delivered quickly. I accidently put the wrong post code on the delivery address but that was no trouble either. I'm looking to add more panelling to other rooms so they will definitely be my first port of call.

V grooved 6mm MDF
Panellingdirect had the V grooved 6mm moisture resistant MDF that I wanted in the size I needed. It was easy to order and they kept me informed of delivery with phone calls to check I would be available to take delivery. So pleasant as well, so wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Panelling went on the wall really easily and the T&G grooves kept their shape for ease of slotting together, stuck to the wall using Sika instant nails. The bathroom atmosphere is much improved and the cold plaster wall that is now a warm MDF surface, doesn't drip with condensation after long hair washes(!) Success.

Hi,
Thanks for the kind review, we appreciate it.
panelling “strips” of MDF arrived warped
We ordered panelling “strips” of MDF, and paid a lot for postage ( you would think that was to protect them) but they arrived warped where they obviously had some weight rested on them. We could not use them. It’s not “flex” they are warped/twisted, where something heavy has laid on them, and they were not supported enough in postage. They are unusable. Might be good to own it, instead of making excuses. I didn’t ask for a return, I just binned them.
I didn’t ask for a refund, I didn’t bother contacting you, I just left a review based on my experience, as is my right. Again no apology, just excuses. People please take note of the customer service. Avoid.

Hi,
You ordered 6mm panels, which will flex. That's the nature of mdf that's 6mm thick.
These panels are used for uneven surfaces as they can box/flex with your walls. The idea is to use the correct measures, use no nails and adhesives and pins etc.
We would highly recommend sending over photo's of the issues, you would get a refund then. None of the above was done and this was the first we're hearing about this.
We're 4.7* rated on TP, we offer great services compared to our competitors. If you called we could of helped you, if you don't want a refund that's no issue at all.
We don't make excuse's, we resolve issues, however we can't resolve issue when a client doesn't want it resolved.
Fantastic business
Fantastic business! Initially, I ordered less than needed (always double-check!), but when I reached out, they combined my second shipment with the first, sparing me from two delivery fees. Excellent customer support!

Brilliantly delivered by Gaz
Brilliantly delivered by Gaz, who was totally charming, despite a long and tricky delivery schedule around the southwest, including a night stop in Truro (the week before Xmas!). Panelling spot on and exactly as ordered. Many thanks Harry.
