One panel missing on delivery
Very poor communication, disappointing courier service, and one panel missing on delivery.
Was only told that panels will be delivered on the day itself. Before this, they only say that the panels will be arriving soon. I have waited 2 weeks before it was finally delivered. I was at work on delivery. I could have moved the car so they could deliver it straight to the garage which was just in front of the house. My wife who's looking after our toddler had to move the panels herself because the driver was too lazy to do so.
Most importantly, I have ordered 9 ribbed panels and they only delivered 8 with no explanation why. I have contacted the customer service via email because phone call only lead me to voice mail but it is now Friday so unsure if they will give me a reply over the weekend.

Ordered on march 12 , they sent wrong size panel , had to return , did so the very next day. it’s 3 weeks later now and still waiting for a refund.
Customer service seem responsive to calls and messages, but very little actual action or follow up. Would not personally deal with again.
edit: i have now received a refund, very promptly after posting this review. it’s unfortunate it had to come to that in order to trigger someone to do something.

Le délai de livraison indiqué (12 jours) est faux. Le site n'a aucune maitrise des délais et de la prise en charge transporteur. Ensuite arrive une demande de paiement pour régler des droits de douanes supérieurs à 30% du montant de la commande(170€ de frais pour une commande de 520€). Très mauvaise surprise, une prise d'otage! J'ai lu un commentaire qui parlait de Naturewall, je bascule chez eux la prochaine fois.

Absolutely rip off!
I honestly can’t believe how much this company charges for such small panels — it feels like a complete rip-off. I only realised how overpriced they are after ordering from another supplier and properly comparing.
The panels are identical, not just similar — same look, same quality, same finish. The difference is the price. Naturewall.com (great company) sells 2.4m long panels for £164, while this company charged significantly more for panels that are only 232cm long. There is absolutely no justification for such a huge price difference when the product is the same.
On top of that, the delivery is a joke. I had to wait so many days for my order, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
I feel completely misled and extremely disappointed. I’m sharing this so other customers compare prices carefully before buying and avoid making the same expensive mistake I did.

The panels you ordered were made to bespoke sizes, which do carry a higher price than standard off-the-shelf panels due to the additional labour, cutting, and preparation involved in producing them to a specific measurement.
While some retailers offer standard panel lengths at a lower cost, custom sizing allows customers to receive panels tailored to their space without the need for further cutting or adjustment once they arrive.
Regarding delivery, our delivery timeframes are also outlined at checkout, and we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring they are prepared correctly.

Wow wow wow wow, what can I say. My mini fluted panels are stunning. I can’t wait to finish the project and install them.
We ordered the made to measure panels, so knew we would be in for a wait. But ordered in plenty of time, when the deadline for delivery was nearly approaching, I emailed panels by Sofia ( as I had an few reviews on here) and got a lovely reply, whilst indicated when they would be dispatched.
The delivery company were great, stayed and waited whilst we checked the panels over. Kept us up to date with the tracking and delivery window etc.
I would definitely order again from this company

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever…
Absolutely worst service I’ve ever used.
I hate to give bad reviews, especially on an independent business, that I always try to support, but this service is soo bad I’d hate anyone to have to deal with the shockingly poor service I had. Especially when you have a renovation deadline.
I ordered my panels just before Christmas so I definitely didn’t expect a prompt delivery (the expected 5-10working days). What I didn’t expect was to receive my product 04/02/2026 and Damaged.
Shockingly poor communication & quite frankly rude!!. Promise of a 10% refund (what a joke) that I’m still yet to receive though offered weeks ago. No updates on expected delivery. The courier service they used was just as diabolical. I don’t expect any acknowledgment on my delivery finally arriving damaged and I don’t expect the 10% refund, especially as they have not replied to any emails since offering the discount and no apology. Sure they will be bust in no time.
Good customer service is everything and they have zero.

While seasonal demand and courier backlogs can sometimes extend delivery times, that doesn’t take away from the disappointment of receiving your order later than expected — and especially not in a damaged condition.
We would also like to clarify that the 10% goodwill refund was processed on our side. It appears the payment became stuck in a pending status, which unfortunately delayed it reaching you. This was not intentional, and we apologise that this was not communicated more clearly at the time. We are following this up to ensure it is fully completed.

Just fitted two media walls with these fluted panels and the finish on the panels are not 100%.
Thought it might have been a one off the first time but no..
They need a few hours of sanding down and im sure they're supposed to be moisture resistant right through the whole board.
The machine edge is very rough so be aware that painting can be time consuming unfortunately.
