Shocking Company
Myself and my partner ordered 300 pounds worth of boards for our newly renovated bedroom through b and q.
To summarise... no tracking number, no updates and not delivered on the delivery date given therefore a wasted day off waiting for the panels.
Small family ran business.... by the looks of these reviews Sofia, clearly a business not to touch with a 10 foot barge pole.

Worse than dire
Poor quality, damaged panels and terrible customer service. They offer some customers a discount for delayed orders but not consistent. Worst experience.

Still no refund
I received the product fine, I then needed to return it. I have confirmation that the product has been safely returned over 10 working days ago. I have emailed this company numerous times chasing a refund and have received NOTHING. Where is my money? Would not recommend. Extremely poor customer service.

Order delayed, poor communication
Order delayed. No communication to explain why. Order delivered to entirely wrong address (my address was clearly stated in the order but they delivered to a person in a different street and didn’t notify me) BE WARY of 15% return charge. Also if you return landscape panels they are too large for most standard courier companies. My advice, give this company a swerve!!

Placed an order on 9th Nov. Was promised different delivery dates after numerous webchat conversations. Appalling how you are unable to speak to anyone over the phone as they have no contact number. Was promised delivery on 21st Nov to which it never arrived. Contacted Pedro who promised he would look into the matter and get back to me...a day later and I'm still waiting and they are closed on a Saturday so I am still without the goods! DO NOT USE this company as customer service is appalling.

I THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM
In over 30 years as a joiner, I’ve never come across a product as poor as this. The MDF supplied was the absolute cheapest you can get. I waited nearly four weeks for my order, despite the website stating a one week lead time.
The first part of the order arrived wrapped in cling film, supposedly packaged that way by the supplier. The second part arrived a week later, completely damaged and unusable.
There is no customer service whatsoever no phone number, no proper support, nothing. Based on my experience, I honestly cannot understand how this company has any five star reviews???
I strongly advise avoiding this company.

Not worth your money
While the panels themselves look great, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The website promised delivery within 5–9 days, but my order arrived four weeks later. On top of that, I was charged €185 in unexpected customs fees, which were never mentioned at checkout. The delay disrupted my house move and caused unnecessary extra costs. Customer service was unhelpful and unclear throughout, leaving me to chase updates daily. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company.
